Clean, convenient, reasonable pricing, courteous staff

Reception didn't have any Internet when we arrived and couldn't find our booking. We got one smelly rum with really small bathroom. Noise from the street was horrible, no sleep for 2 nights

Room is not sound proof at all, so you sleep with street noise. Rooms are old/ furniture outdated with floor and toilet very clean :-) However, bed clothing is full of old dirty stains (eg rust), so it’s not the best thing to visualize where you will sleep. :(( Breakfast was a pleasant surprise :))

The hotel is situated in the city centre, just next to the bus station and close to the central market area. It is very clean and staff is friendly. The rooms affordable and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. Best value for money in Arusha. Be aware that internet password is changed every day. In conclusion, very happy with my stay in this hotel and that is why second time decided to stay here.

Für Übernachtung vor Start der Safari OK - mehr nicht. Wir haben das Hotel vor Start der Safari und Wanderung zum Kilimandscharo gewählt. Es sollte recht zentral in Arusha liegen. Es macht nicht den sichersten Eindruck - wie wir vor Ort festgestellt haben. Zimmer ist sehr klein - man hat nichtmal Platz für zwei Koffer. Möbel dolle verwohnt und es riecht. Bett war sauber, aber dennoch hatten wir unseren Bettenschutz dabei, weil wir uns da so nicht reinlegen wollten. Bad noch kleiner als klein. Kein Duschvorgang. Unwohlfaktor war groß. Alles sehr hellhörig - man hört alles. Hotelgäste, Fahrstuhl und morgens den Hahn und/oder den Aufruf zum Gebet. Fahrstuhl fällt regelmäßig wegen Stromausfall aus - Gott sie Dank gibt es Treppen. Frühstück im Preis mit drin - war OK und ausreichend. Personal war, sofern sie uns auf englisch verstanden haben, freundlich.

Service is good. But it's next to a high rise which have a very good view of you using toilet, shower.

Good location next to the bus station, so you can watch what's going on around. However, the location is very busy throughout the day even though the windows in the room are closed. Wifi worked only at the reception during our stay. The room was small and the bed quite uncomfortable.

Some of the staff were nice,others not so much .the room was not clean enough. The bathroom had no shower curtain and as a result the whole place got wet when I took a bath. Pillows were stained and filthy. No aircondition or fan and as a result a standing fan was requested. Window Net in the room was torn.

When we arrived : no booking and they said that we didn't pay despite our booking voucher ! They were not aware that we can book through hotels.com and it was a problem even for the manager. We had to insist to get our room (fully paid by credit card) and they disturbed us many times making pressure because they wanted a second payment ! Very small bathroom and very noisy.
