Boca catilina beach has the best of: beach, snorkling and no crowds. With Asai Beach a 1/2 mile away. Property is always well keep and owners are always available should any issues arise.

Great location for snorkeling! Boca Catalina beach was just a walk around the corner from the Villa. Beautiful property, perfect for what we were looking for. Property had all the amenities we were looking for: Pool, laundry on site, privacy, good view. Even included beach towels, chairs, and cooler for our use while there. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the resort area. Location was not within walking distance of any restaurants, so a car or other transportation was necessary so take that into account.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was spotless, the bed couldn’t be more comfortable, the back yard is a lovely sanctuary, the staff responsive, the walkway for strolls was a real plus…and we enjoyed our morning coffee with a view. We hope to return soon :)

Perfectly located within walking distance of 3 beaches and plenty of spots to snorkel. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Host is very quick to respond. Everything you need for a simple weeks stay or an extended stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Pros: Fantastic location, with the beach right across the street. Modern and clean apartment with Netflix for entertainment Thoughtful amenities: beach chairs, towels, coolers, and a coffee maker (though an air fryer would’ve been a great addition!). The host was very responsive and helpful. The private pool was cozy and charming, cleaned almost daily. A car is recommended to explore nearby restaurants and bars. Cons: No full-length mirror in the house! The bedroom has no door, which means lots of sunlight pours in during the morning—something to consider if you need complete darkness to sleep. No closet, just a hanging rack for clothes. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing stay, and I would definitely stay here again despite the minor inconveniences!

Fantastic property across from Boca Catalina. I Loved that we were given tons of beach and shower towels and then more dropped off half way through our stay. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. It was such an easy experience. We would stay here again.

Everything was great! I would suggest brighter light in the bathrooms and a full length mirror hung somewhere to check out our tan lines

We absolutely loved staying here! We stayed in the one bedroom 2 story that had a private driveway to park but other villas had parking in front as well so no worries! They have beach chairs and beach towels and cooler to take to the beach if you’d like! The pool was relaxing! The beach is walking distance like 1 minute but you have 3 beaches within walking distance as well! Great communication and easy access to self check in and out! Can’t wait to return!

Very accommodating to us after a flight delay left us in panic! We were impressed by the cleanliness and loved that we were walking distance to at least two beaches. Thank you again

Our stay was very comfortable. The villa was clean and quiet. Checking in was easy. The beach is a 2-3 min walk and the Arashi Beach shack was within walking distance for food as well. The washer and dryer on site was a big plus also. Wi-Fi and AC Worked great. Highly recommended

Location was perfect! 2 minute walk to beach and that’s if you walk slow. House was clean, and perfect for what we needed. Quiet area, relaxing trip. Close to everything you needed, far enough away to be relaxing!! Will definitely stay again!!

We loved staying at Boca Catalina. The beach nearest to the property was a our favorite as it felt more like a "local beach." We enjoyed our stay at the villa because it was out of the way of the tourist, hotel spot on the island and offered privacy and peace. Close to the largest super market on the island which was very convenient. Mike was very responsive when we needed extra toilet paper and paper towels. Property was cleaned by staff daily. Would stay here again!

The property was beautiful...cleaned daily...the owners checked in before and during our stay to check if anything was needed. Best experience ever.

We really enjoyed our stay at the 2 bedroom Boca Catalina Villa. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. They provided beach chairs and coolers which was very nice. The pool area was nice and we used it almost daily. Most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. We did have two small lizards or geckos get into our place while staying there for a week. Not sure if this is typical, but we were able to get them out safely outside. There are two great beaches within walking distance. One is a 1-2 min walk with excellent snorkeling, but is a little rocky. The other beach is a 5-7 min walk with clear water, low waves, and sandy which makes it a great relaxing beach. Overall we enjoyed the property and would stay here again.

Excelente. Apartamento aconchegante, super limpo, com cozinha funcional. Só ficou faltando um espelho de corpo inteiro , máquina de lavar roupa individual e um blackout na sala para maior privacidade. Após esta experiência não quero mais ficar em hotel tradicional, com fila de check in, aglomeração de pessoas em lobby,… Sendo nossa décima visita à ilha, essa foi a experiência mais agradável. Voltaremos a nos hospedar com certeza.

Very good location, has an amazing beach in front of the villa that is a lot cleaner than the beaches around all the hotels. Villa was very clean and comfortable to stay at
