El hotel muy bien ubicado . Habitaciones chiquitas pero muy lindas . El desayuno muy bien todo .

O check in nao foi uma boa experiência, o quarto não estava pronto no horário, a recepcionista foi bem mal educada. O hotel possui apenas 2 elevadores antigos, que demoram muito, e o fato da recepção ficar no 9o andar, deixa o uso do elevador pouco racional. Se for para ficar poucos dias, o valor até justifica, mas eu fiquei 7 noites e não gostei. A única coisa que salvou a estadia foi a localização que é excelente.

Room was really small staff wasn’t helpful I landed in Madrid at 5:30 am arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am asked for an early check in cause I was really tired they told me to come back at 1pm I did and I was injured from a car accident they let me in the lobby until 3:00pm exactly with no assistance and nothing

O quarto era OK conforme o anunciado , o ar condicionado era excelente. Achei a equipe dos funcionários pouco receptiva . Nos receberam muito friamente . Mas , nada que desabonasse o hotel . Localozação muito boa .

The hotel was in a great location that we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see, i.e. Prado Museum, the Palace. And if you didn't want to walk, the Metro is right outside. The staff was very friendly and helped us get a cab when we need to go to the airport on our last day. The roof top was nice but very hot when there so I didn't go up there but my friend did and enjoyed it. The bed were very comfortable.

Wij hadden een hele mooie sfeervolle blauwe kamer, het was iedere keer weer een genot om daar te zijn. Het was ook erg schoon en heerlijke bedden. Wij hadden ook een leuk contact met 1 van de portiers en ook bij de balie waren ze erg vriendelijk.

Nice place, great location. We were upgraded to a larger room. Shower was great, bed, wonderful, 3 small balconies, awesome. Issue with the commode feeling like you have no privacy. My guy could watch me from the bed (& see one eyeball staring back at him). Felt like I was sitting right beside him. We played rap music for privacy. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. We didn’t use the pool, but the pool bar was great & they had mezcal!
