Wonderful staff. The breakfast was very good. Rooms could be updated. Great place to stay.

Could be cleaned better pool isn’t great but the free breakfast is awesome Also does not have the best ac for Dubai

pool is in the shade from 14:00pm i used the hotel for a business trip, and each time i came back to the hotel to relax at 15:00-16:00 they were cleaning my room and i couldn't change to go to the pool. once they were done the complete pool was in the shade.

Service is slow when checking in, despite booking everything online beforehand. Breakfast is nothing amazing, basic and usually running low. Rooms are average but clean.

We stayed three nights there, general speaking the place is clean, however the sofa beds are not comfortable if you are looking for a 4 bed rooms, the breakfast was acceptable and staff are friendly and nice.

Everything was good except the pool wasn't that big for the amount of people. Staff took hours assigning rooms to people after check-in. Room should be ready for those who book before check-in not a few hours after. But everything is great.

It is nice hotel with friendly staffs; room is clean. It has rooftop outdoor swimming pool. It has free vali parking.

Great hotel with easy access to Bur Dubai, downtown area, and the airport. All within 15-20 minutes ride. The area is quieter than other touristic areas, but you will find the essentials within walking distance (groceries, pharmacy, some restaurants, etc). Room was spacious and very clean with good/fresh smell. Breakfast was included but I did not have the time to try it. Staff is great and helpful. Pool was average.

We loved our stay with Hyatt Place Dubai Jumeirah. The staff went above and beyond w.r.t our stay, often offering help with navigating the city, ordering taxis, food requests and anything we needed during our 3 day stay here. I am sincerely impressed with their staff especially Clarissa, Vishnu, Anjeli, Zain, Pavan, Athul

Okay property. Breakfast is below average. Frankly deplorable. Not at all of even basic Hyatt standards the world over. Don’t even feel like eating it.. Rooms very basic.. toilet amenities negligible. Staff all very courteous and helpful. Check in was quick. Check out quicker. Would I go back again … maybe not.
