I’ve stayed her many times A pleasant place to stay. My only comment is about the WiFi - it’s awful, it just doesn’t work!

This is the second time I have stayed at Phokoje in transit further North. Honestly have nothing negative to say about the property except that the Staff at reception negatively impact guests’ experience. In both occasions they have been disinterested, unhelpful and overall rude. I won’t be staying here again simply because of their attitude to arrivals.

Very pleasant place to stay, embracing Africa with the modern conveniences.

We stayed in the Camps side of the lodge. We were the only guest staying at the camp site section of the lodge.The shower was the best thing in the family room as it had hot water. On the negative side, we found lots of spiders in the room and as it was the rainy season, there were lots of mosquitoes too. No bed nets in the room meant that we were exposed to mosquito bites, which made sleeping uncomfortable.

Pleasant Gardens, water features. Good food. Relaxed environment.
