Room was clean, large and well appointed. Jacuzzi tub had lots of room for two people and room for both to stretch out. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was a hot buffet style. Will stay again.

Really nice large renovated spacious rooms, large new Smart TV, and the fireplace was so nice on a cold blizzard wintery night. Even though check in was a really frustrating experience Sam the Manager made everything work out for a great full experience. I would stay here again for sure, just wish they had coffee makers in the room.

Don't be fooled the small lobby, the hotel looks to fully renovated, and rooms are large. Fireplace is a bonus.

Unfortunately the hot tub hairs all in the bottom when we checked in. There was no shampoo or conditioner or soap. Also there are no phones in the room. The girl on the front desk was very accommodating and helpful.

Staff is friendly, room was clean and nice. Heat is a gas fireplace next to an ac unit thats a hole in the wall. Top half of the room is warm, while your feet are freezing in cold weather. Mattress felt like a guest bedroom mattress. $20 housekeeping fee seems ridiculous, isnt that part of the room price?

Our stay was great. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms are wonderful and so clean. Nice and quiet. Great place to stay

The room was very nice and clean. But got up to go have breakfast which was to start at 6am. Went there at 7am and the doors were locked and all lights off. Went back at 7:30 doors were open but nothing was out or ready to eat. Went across the way to another restaurant.

Room is spacious, fireplace and kitchen are a bonus. Fireplace heated the entire room but not well. At night the fireplace had to be turned off since it really lit up the room when it kicked in. It was keeping us awake. Once turned off we slept well. Bed was very comfortable.

Room in good condition. Staff courteous. However, we were not informed where yhe dhuttle pick-up was to be . We left our room to find the lobby completely dark and access locked. This caused a bit of a panic. We were able to reach someone by phone and directed to a different exit. After some confusion, we found a different entrance accessible with our key card. Thankfully the weather was relatively mild. This was a grave oversite by the person who checked us in.

The room was very spacious and on the ground floor,which is very important for us as we travel with a nine year old who’s in a wheelchair
