Tiene buena ubicación cerca del Supermercado Rey, habia escuchado del ruido de la calle y no hice caso pero si afecta mucho estar en habitación que da hacia la calle principal porque pasan mucho camiones. El personal muy amable, sino hay nadie en la recepción cuando lleguen deben ir al frente al restaurante, el telefono del letrero nadie lo contesta. Solo me quede dos noches de las tres que habia reservado pero aun asi me cobraron las tres.

We arrived at 1pm and there was no one in the lobby. We called both numbers and noons answered. It left a negative first impression. We had to return around 4pm and finally someone was there to check us in. This point must be improved. Other than that, everything was fine and acceptable. Thanks to Sandino for his kind attention and for upgrading us to a room with a desk.

Recomiendo solo que el personal de recepción este más atento a la llegada del huésped, porque al llegar entre y no encontramos a nadie y esperamos 40 minutos para ser atendidos, por lo demás estupendo si lo recomiendo solo mejorar ese pequeño detalle gracias.

When trying to check in at 7pm no one was at the front desk, came back 1.5hrs later, still no one. Found a guest who chased down the person working. Had no idea about our reservation. Figured it out eventually. Located next to busy road with load trucks trugh the night and you need windows open

Was a great room with excellent cleaning service, a nice outside sitting area - very close to a huge supermarket and a short walk to downtown Boquete.

Casi todas las habitaciones son suites, entonces son espaciosas. Está en una zona bastante céntrica, cerca al supermercado Rey. Dan un desayuno básico, que fue una grata sorpresa. El servicio estuvo amable y aceptaron que viajáramos con nuestro perro. Las habitaciones pegadas a la calle (10. 11 y 12) sufren del ruido de la calle principal, aunque es fácil de resolver con tapones de oreja. El check-in cierra a las 10pm y Expedia no tiene sus números ( 507 787 4233/23). Si no contestan, se puede llamar al restaurante La Casona Mexicana que está en el mismo edificio.

Deben estar pendiente cuando los huéspedes se encuentran fuera del hospedaje para lo que aseo respecta.

No water yo take a shower and to do caca . I tought was a countrybissues but it was the hotrl only. I asked arpund propety

Todo estuvo a satisfacción.

I loved the location, friendly staff and cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. I was never able to get the hot water to work so wished they had left written instructions as there isn’t always someone on site. While they left a couple bars of soap there’s no where to place it while showering. Lastly there’s a tiny trash bin in the bathroom that can only fit a few small items so a regular size one somewhere in the room would have been nice and practical so I had to request a trash bag for left over take out and containers (plastic bottles, cans) I had.

No air conditioner but it doesnt matter, Boquete at night is pritty cold.

Worst place ever

In the very heart of town. Tons of very good restaurants tours and a new beautiful grocery store a block away. The staff are EXTREMELY helpful and kind and are here most of the day.The owner is AMAZING!!!Anything you ask for she provides. The only problem is it's on a major roadway and the cars race along all night without mufflers and loud music.

This hotel was okay and well located to get around Boquete. However, there was no hot water and the room maintenance could have been better.

Great place for the price. Simple clean accommodation worth every penny!
