Lovely room and right by Temple Bar

I couldn’t recommend NYX more highly. Our stay was absolutely faultless and the hotel is decorated beautifully with such a lovely vibe throughout. We arrived at 10:30 and our room was ready which was a great surprise considering it was so much earlier than check-in. We were surprised further with a lovely birthday card and chocolate in the room. The staff were brilliant - there was a great man on breakfast and I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind, friendly and really stood out throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious and the meats particularly were great quality. We had such a wonderful stay and going back to such a lovey hotel made our time in Dublin absolutely fabulous - we didn’t want to go home.

Room was clean and the rock and roll theme was pretty cool. Easy in and easy out would reccomend staying here. Location is central enough and even though I didn’t explore much I could tell if I stayed longer the location would have come in handy.

I had only been in the room 5 mins when the power went out. I called the front desk and the maintenance fellow showed up within 10 mins. Although the fix took 45 mins, everyone was very helpful. Apart from that, the room was well appointed and the amenities were great.

Lady on Reception was very welcoming, couldn’t have had a nicer greeting. Food was excellent, room was lovely and was immaculate. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent customer service! The rooms were spotless and the location of the hotel was within walking distance to everything. I loved that they had electrical outlets for Europe and North American electronics in the rooms.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, genau so, wie man es erwartet. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, Check-in und Ablauf unkompliziert. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, allerdings mit eher begrenzter Auswahl – hier wäre etwas mehr Vielfalt wünschenswert. Unterm Strich eine gute Erfahrung und ein solides Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Dublin.
