When we complained at night that the heater was not functioning properly, staff dealt with it quickly. But the system that the temperature in the room was preset and the guest could not turn it lower or use AC in winter was dumb. It wasted energy and made the room unnecessarily hot at 26C.

The room is quite clean. However, the lighting to the room needs to be improve, virtually cannot find the lock to unlock the door.

Nice place, close to shops around, comfortable bed and love the bath tub

Cleanliness of rooms was top notch. Nice staff

This hotel was amazing , the lobby and the room was breathtaking anyone that wants to stay in nanning should try this hotel out 10/10
