Clean room, helpful staff and nice location, not far from the beach.

Me parece increíble que en un todo incluido te digan que el agua embotellada no entra, y otro tipo de bebidas. Lo siento pero pienso que un todo incluido es todo la palabra lo dice. Pero bueno por lo demás todo perfecto.

Lo primero que destaco es la atención del personal de servicio tanto en el bar como en el comedor. Cada uno de ellos han hecho que la experiencia valiera la pena. Gracias por su energía y gentileza (Eva, Marc, Lesly, Ana, Alejandra, Santi y Belén). El todo incluido tiene gran oportunidad de mejora y evitan que le reste a la experiencia. Las bebidas alcoholicas ofrecidas pueden ser mejores. A nivel de comidas, el desayuno es una excelente opción para tomarlo. En mi visita hubo dos cenas temáticas de Asia y Mexicana. A nivel de habitación, las cortinas no permiten oscuridad total y el aire acondicionado para el momento está completamente controlado por la central, por lo que me ofrecieron ante mi reclamo de estar a más de 26°C la solución que abriera las ventanas o me ponían unos ventiladores (no me pareció una solución sensata). Volvería porque sin duda la ubicación es magnífica, la infraestructura es impecable, la limpieza y el personal hacen que valga la pena la inversión.

Fantastic hotel in a great location, room with balcony sea view was nice, pool area is good with plenty of sunbeds but the towels are out early but always found a couple, breakfast is good but could of done with some granola for the yogurt, evening meal was always good with plenty of options & a themed night every night, every thing was fresh & tasty & imo its well worth having the evening meal, all in all its a very nice hotel & i wouldn't think twice about returning. If there is a negative its that there is no smoking area & they have plenty of outdoor space to include one, you had to go & stand by the front entrance to smoke which isn't very nice, i spoke to afew smokers & non smokers & no one liked it & it looks bad for the hotel when you got a group standing there smoking but it's a nice hotel & it wouldn't stop me from returning.

Super fint hotel, meget fint nyrenoveret, super beliggenhed. Maden lidt ensidigt man alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Sehr gute Lage und ein sehr höfliches Personal

Während des Aufenthalts ist unser Kuscheltier, das auf dem Bett lag, abhanden gekommen. Das Personal hat sich leider nicht wirklich dafür interessiert. Es wurde vermutet, dass unser Kuscheltier mit der Bettwäsche in der externen Wäscherei gelandet sein muss. Leider gab es hierzu auch Monate nach unserem Aufenthalt weder vom Hotel noch der Wäscherei eine Rückmeldung, und das obwohl wir uns sogar direkt an die Wäscherei gewendet haben. Schade, da das Hotel ansonsten zu empfehlen ist. Am Ende des Tages bleibt unsere Vermutung, dass das Kuscheltier vielmehr gestohlen wurde.

We spent 4 glorious night at this hotel and absolutely loved it! The food is fantastic, the staff are so lovely and there was always a free sunbed! Everything is lovely, clean and quiet. We will absolutely be returning!

Tolle Lage, leckeres Essen, super Bar..wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

I liked the hotel. Good location, close to the beach. Food good, lovely staff. Rooms clean, decent swimming pool. Drinks package needs looked at. Not clear as AI was local spirits. Next step up PREMIUM 15 euro pppd. Another step up you had to pay for. Not ideal. The fact that there is no entertainment in the hotel was not good. This forced people to go outside the hotel for something to do. This will be losing a lot of money for the hotel as not everyone was on AI. The wardrobe space needs attention. There is nowhere to hang long garments and even shirts get crumpled at the bottom as the space is so small.

Das Hotel ist über alles in Ordnung, gut gelegen, sauber - jedoch ist es ein Unding, dass die Qualität der All Inclusive Getränke bei den Cocktails dem billigsten Fusel entspricht. Zudem muss man nach 22 Uhr die Getränke bezahlen. Das Essen ist Ok, aber geschmacklich eher mittelmäßig. Zudem ist die Öffnungszeit des Pools( recht schön und sauber!) gewöhnungsbedürftig. Vor 9:00 und nach 19:00 darf man ihn nicht mehr benutzen. Alles in Allem ein ordentliches Mittelklasse Hotel mit deutlichem Potential nach oben.

Amazing hotel! Renovated, clean, modern, super service. Had a room without seaview first and it was great. Decided to stay longer and received a new room for 2 more days with seaview, which was even greater! Breakfast and dinner food choice was amazing! Location is basically "on the beach". 10/10! Definitely coming back.

Matratzen waren etwas zu hart. Ansonsten alles super

Very clean and nicely decorated. Cleaning of rooms is hit and miss - if you put a 'come back later' sign on your door you may not get your room cleaned at all that day.
