Welcoming environment tha staff is so good

The staff were super friendly and attentive. The room was average clean. The kitchen counter could use some paper towels . Wifi was very unreliable. The area is noisy due to surroundings but that’s unavoidable on a busy Harare street. Overall the place was good enough for its worth. I’d stay there again or recommend friends.

Room was clean and nicely furnished. Hotel is on a busy street with traffic starting early morning. But not too loud. They have a restaurant that serves a nice breakfast. Will stay there again

This time the staff at frontdesk was moody slow and unfriendly I book this hotel many times but this last visit was bad experience for us

Warm and receptive staff. Location is excellent to do errands in the city and walk-able with ample parking space. It feels secure to stay here.

No AC, there were with AC but we could not uppgrade because cleaning staff went home already. Just a fan when it's 30+ is a joke.

The staff were very helpful

It was minimalistic. I was ok with that. I think the rooms could have a phone, even if the line only went to the front desk. There could be emergencies - and no one should have to go to the ground floor to report -- say a fire or someone trying to get into their room. Just sayin'

The floors were dirty l wore my white socks they were black in few mins. Everything else was perfect
