Penilaian & Ulasan Keseluruhan Hotel Tortuguero Beachfront

A pesar de que el pueblo de tortuguero es realmente espantoso, y el hotel es totalmente austero, lo que salvó la estadia es que los tours de las caminatas en el parque nacional de tortuguero , sobre todo el de la canoa y el tour nocturno son realmente maravillosos, ves muchisimos animales como perezosos, tucanes, monos araña, en su habitat y la gente en realidad es super amable y te tratan super bien por lo que se te llega realmente a olvidar el entorno.... sugiero que podrian hacer algo por ese pueblo ya que esta muy deteriorado y da muy mal aspecto....y poner una television en las habitaciones del hotel....

It is very difficult to get luggage in mud path from main road; could have paved with simple slaps or concrete.

Posizione centrale ottima per ogni attività. Camere abbastanza silenziose in mezzo ad un giardino rigoglioso pieno di uccelli a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dal paese. Personale molto gentile.

Excelente hotel, fueron muy amables al recibirnos incluso antes de la hora. Habitacion sencilla, limpia y muy comoda.

Excelente ubicación, muy aseado

Habitación pequeñita pero agradable. Con aire acondicionado. Limpian todos los días. Sirven desayunos tipo buffet: 2 tipos de fruta, algo de embutido, tortitas y huevos. Café y zumos. La piscina es pequeñita pero está bien. Está en el centro de Tortuguero lo que facilita mucho la accesibilidad a restaurantes y actividades.

Acomodação simples. Ar condicionado funcionou bem, sem ruídos. Isolamento acústico ruim.

El hotel en general bien, pero no ofrece comida.

Nice place

Ordentliches, sauberes Hotel, Frühstück war super (man konnte Omelette, pancakes etc bestellen), Pool Bereich war schön und Zimmer wurde durch Klimaanlage schön gekühlt. Nah am Nationalpark. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Es gab Wasser, Tee und Kaffee den ganzen Tag über. Für Costa Rica eine gute Unterkunft mit gutem Service. Wir hatten wesentlich schlechtere Unterkünfte zum gleichen Preis in Costa Rica. Also Topp!

It rained during the night. When we woke up in the morning we noticed that the clothes on the bed were wet. There was leak from the roof. Front desk person was not helpful at all and manager was not there. Also bed was too high and mattress of very poor quality, it squeaked with every move, was not able to sleep at all. The rate we paid for the hotel was very high compared to other hotels in the area and they were of better quality and service.

La zona es muy silenciosa y el personal muy amable

It was a beach front hotel so that was nice. However, swimming in the ocean is strictly prohibited due to the riptides. Our room had a ton of large ants on arrival. We notified the house cleaner as she was just next door. And although she promptly came in and swept them out, there was a ton when we returned later that day. Also to note, we where told that check in was after 2pm but the website said noon.

Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Chambre peu spacieuse mais confortable, salle de bain grande mais pas assez de tablettes pour déposer les effets personnels. Déjeuner style buffet copieux avec fruits frais et œufs fait sur demande. On a aimé la piscine, juste assez grande pour se rafraîchir et lire un peu. On a même eu la chance d’observer un paresseux de très proche grimper sur un arbre.

The wifi in our unit did not work consistently. Perfect location for getting into town. Would definetley recommend.
