Everything was good, room clean, aircontition working perfect and receptionist very nice and helpfull.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a Camino we were undertaking. When we got to the hotel after 6 hours walking, the receptionist was unable to find our booking and charged us again. She later came to our room to let us know she had made a mistake and managed to refund the second payment. The room was fine but had a view of the next door fast food restaurant. There weren't any amenities provided in the room and cheap shampoo and body wash had to be picked up from reception. The hotel is out of town so difficult to get to on foot.

Only hotel in Molina de Segura so what can you do. Front desk guy at check in was competent and efficient but not very personable. The rooms are under going renovations but aren't complete. Missing light fixtures in my room and very dangerous broken mirror in the bathroom. Bathroom shower was nice, bed was comfortable. Room furnishings are sparse and very sterile in esthetics. Room could have had nice view but shutters rolled down windows locked could not roll down shutters. Very disappointing. Restaurant was excellent however with great staff especially the young man from Honduras. Food was excellent. Stay again? Yes mostly because there aren't any options. Location doesn't offer much just the hotel restaurant, Burger King and McDonald's. Some limited shopping nearby but 15 minute walk into town..

Todo fue genial. Habitación limpia y confortable

Alojamiento en el extraradio del municipio, pero a 10 minutos andando hasta el centro, En frente del Mc Donalds y algunos restaurantes mas. Estuvimos la noche del 13 al 14 de abril y aunque todavia era obligatoria la mascarilla dentro del hotel, la mayoria de huespedes extranjeros no llevaban mascarilla, sin que nadie les dijera nada. Sobretodo en el desayuno

Una lástima que flojee la limpieza del baño (sobre todo la ducha), porque el hotel reúne las condiciones para estar bien. De todas formas, la estancia fue agradable.

El hotel está muy bien tiene buena comunicación. Las habitaciones están bien lo único la ducha sale muy poca agua pero x lo demás todo bien.

MUY MALA HABITACIÓN SIN DECORACIÓN SIN CORTINAS ( parecia que estaba preparada para pintar jijiji) ES LA PRIMERA VEZ EN MI VIDA QUE VEO UN HOTEL ASÍ LA CALEFACCIÓN FATAL PASE UN FRÍO OROROS LA BOMBA DE CALOR HACIA RUIDO Y CALOR NADA LA PUERTA SE CERRABA TAN MAL Y SE VEIA LA VI LUZ TENÍA RAJÁS ENTRE EL CERCO DE LA C PUERTA Y PUERTA QUE METILLAS EL DEDO LE PEDÍ VARIAS VECES QUE ME DE CAMBIA LA HABITACIÓN Y SIEMPRE BUSCABA ESCUZAS Y PASABA DE MI DESAYUNO FATAL BOLLERIA INDUSTRIAL DE LA MÁS BARATA DEL SUPERMERCADO SIN ZUMO HORARIO TENIA COMO LAS EMBARASADAS UNAS HORAS AL DÍA JIJIJI DUCHA HIDROMASAJE SEGÚN ELLOS , PERO NO FUNCIONA NADA UNA DUCHA NORMAL DE LAS PENSIONES ME PREGUNTO YO QUIEN LE DIO LAS ESTRELLAS A ESTE HOTEL????!!! O SE LO PUSO EL DUEÑO CONTANDO CON LAS ESTRELAS DEL CIELO JIJIJI MUY RUYDOSO SE ESCUCHABA TODO Y COMO TIENE UN BURGUER A LADO PUES SE ESCUCHA GRITOS RISAS JAMÁS VOLVERÉ A ALOJARME EN ESA CUCHITREZ
