Mi cuarto fue una porquería. No tenía ventilador, parecía un armario y para el valor que pagué debí haberme quedado en otro hotel. Su personal es súper atento, amable y tienen un buen servicio pero el lugar parece un hostel. No recomiendo

Cozy and comfortable!!

We stayed there for a long weekend. We were 8 people in four rooms. The hotel is located in the heart of the historical district, walking distance from Cuenca’s main attractions. The staff was amazing, incredibly helpful, accommodating and went out of their way to please us. They were truly outstanding. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel muito caro para o que oferece. Cobram café da manhã a parte e muito caro e com pouquíssimas opções. Inclusive a garrafa de leite estava a tampa quebrada e foi colocado um pires no lugar da tampa.

Beautiful facility, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and kind, attentive staff. Very close to parque Calderon (UNESCO world heritage site). Stayed here for a few days several years ago and the hotel staff arranged a tour to Cajas National Park.

The hotel staff were courteous and helpful, the living space was well-kept and clean, and the atmosphere was wonderful.

It’s a beautiful place to stay. It’s close to the center of the city, it’s clean and the staff is sweet. Highly recommend!

Excellent service including breakfast

The building is a beautiful and charming example of colonial Spanish architecture, complete with two enclosed "courtyards". The complimentary breakfast included eggs with choice of veggies and preparation, yogurt with copious fresh fruit and granola, a selection of fresh breads, fresh squeezed fruit juice, and choice of delicious coffee or hot chocolate. The staff members were very friendly and helpful; most spoke English, all spoke Spanish. The location was within several minutes walking distance of the center of the Historic District (restaurants, cathedrals, museums, markets).Our room was small but we managed nicely with creative use of the closet, bedside tables, and bathroom storage.
