Creo que les urge una renovación en el restaurante principal, cálculos que tendrá unos 40 años y es evidente que se nota, igual en las habitaciones, nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia en el baño, aunque nos compensaron con un late check out, queda desagradable la experiencia, los muebles de la habitación ya son muy viejos,

Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались очень довольны. Да, номера немного нуждаются в косметическом ремонте, и розетки ориентированы на европейский стандарт — американские зарядки не подходят. Но на ресепшене без проблем выдают адаптеры — это большой плюс. Перед поездкой начитался отзывов от соотечественников, которые, похоже, впервые выехали за границу и сразу выбрали этот отель. Им, конечно, всё не так. Не верьте им! Здесь отличное питание: с 7 утра до 9 вечера где-то точно накладывают или наливают. Это рай для любителей «всё включено». Когда я говорю «разнообразное питание», имею в виду не то, что каждый приём пищи — уникальный, а то, что в течение дня и недели есть большой выбор: хочешь — фрикадельки с макаронами, хочешь — курица с рисом, хочешь — суши, устрицы и пр. Всё зависит от того, как ты сам выбираешь. Территория огромная. Можно питаться как в ресторанах Playabachata, так и в отеле Senator. Есть балконы с приятным видом, кондиционеры работают (немного шумноват, но не мешает — особенно после пары коктейлей). Кстати, ночью лучше кондиционер выключать — можно легко застудиться. Нас заселили без всяких доплат уже в 12:00, хотя чек-ин с 15:00. Сразу надели браслеты и предложили обед — приятно. Персонал вежливый. Если вы хотя бы немного говорите по-испански и улыбнётесь администратору — велика вероятность, что вам дадут номер с видом на море без всяких доплат (если есть в наличии). На территории есть огромная парковка, где можно спокойно оставить арендованную машину.

It old and dirty

I went there for my anniversary with my wife and it was beautiful

Make sure you have a squared adapter, otherwise you will not be able to charge your devices. We were not informed they charged extra for one until our last day when we asked why is everything so outdated. Very old resort. Drinks were horrible, food was actually good. Rooms are so old and need lots of updates. At least retouch the walls! The staff were friendly. Would I stay again? Absolutely not. You’re getting what you pay for. The deals are good and the entire DR will be there. Very crowded during weekends.

Overall, the property was nice. My bathroom window had been broken for some time. The light would go on and off in the bathroom and the air conditioning did not get very cold.

The staff was always cleaning the outside of the property and main facilities (ie bathrooms, dining areas). The food was delicious and there was always lots to choose from. The beach and pools were always clean with lots of lounge chairs. The rooms were a short walk to the main lobby which was convenient.

Perfect Beach Getaway! I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The beach was super—clean, beautiful, and relaxing. My room was big and comfortable, with everything I needed for a great stay. The balcony view was absolutely spectacular. I also enjoyed the food—it was fresh and had a good variety. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to others!

No había variedad en la comida, solo habia comida típica dominicana y somos muchas culturas.

Hotel was nice. The staff was great only problem was in the weekend with a group of locals came in very disrespectful. Kids were left on attendant by the pool. And skipping the line during dinner but overall great location

Unieron dos camas para crear una algo que para pareja crea incomodidad para dormir .la limpieza de la habitación fue de toallas y sábanas . Se nos hizo muy difícil poder comer los el primer y segundo día de nuestra estadía por la multitud de personas que abarataban la estacione de comida y las filas incómodas tratando de evitar situaciones con los empujones ect.. de las personas desesperadas por comer. Malos entendidos que se notificaron al personal encargado y se disculparon por lo sucedido. Excelente servicio y atención del personal tratando de resolver situaciones … Terminamos aceptando la invitación del hotel vecino y asociándonos para poder pasar nuestros últimos dos días como esparabomos en lo que respecta al las facilidades servicio .

The only 2 people that was nice in helping us was Ramon and Jorge other then that not good service at all in the bar and the food

En lo único que no estuve a gusto la limpieza de los cuarto es terrible y la cama mucho peor todo el tiempo que estuve el toile para bajar tenía que hacerlo como 5 veces la cama me dio piquina tanto que me fui dia antes porque no aguantaba la picazón y cuando tú reservas te dicen todo es incluido y cuando llegas no es como te lo ponen en tu página y pienso que ellos te deben explicar que para tener acceso a todo tienes que ser miembro
