The balcony is cleaner and the hairdryer did not burn out during use (it burned out on previous stays).

The apartment has a great location. Safe area with many restaurant options and grocery stores. The communication with the staff was easy. We would stay here again. It has 2 bathrooms which is great for a family. (Feedback for owner: Please fix the electric stove and a hair dryer would be useful too).

The apart hotel is well located. However, cleaning schedule is very limited; furniture, kitchen appliances and bedding lining were very old

The property was not as nice as suggested by the online photos. We found most of the fixtures in the apartment to be newish but cheap and not very well cleaned. The view from the windows was non existent. The instructions on how to use the safe were incorrect and, when we reached out to the property managers (who were not on site), they took a long time to get back to us. They never did show up to assist. We had no communication with the property managers throughout and, despite the fact that we were there for 4 nights, there was no servicing of our apartment. We were forced to pile garbage and purchase our own toilet paper. It rained a lot during our stay and we had no way to dry the floor or keep the apartment clean. The one good thing I could say is that they were serious about security in the building and appeared to man the security camera 24/7.

The room and location was fine. The check-in procedure didn’t work and we could not access the room in a timely fashion.

O apartamento era muito bom, conforme as fotos do anúncio. Conseguimos entrar um pouco antes do check-in. A comunicação foi boa e os dados de acesso foram enviados sem problemas. Somente poderia melhorar um pouco a limpeza, mas de resto foi ótimo.

Great place. It’s my go to in BA. I do miss when they used to have somebody on site at the reception, but I will continue to stay there on my regular trips to BA

A localização é ótima. A estrutura é conforto da acomodação também. Tivemos uma boa comunicação com o anfitrião responsável. No entanto, a limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, e a geladeira não estava funcionando.

esta todo bien y funcional con la propiedad. rentamos el que es como un mini depto y las dimensiones son buenas para dos personas es importante aclarar, que a mi no me habia quedado claro, no hay recepcion nunca aqui. entonces si llegas antes del check in o te vas mas tarde de la hr de check out no tendras con quien dejar maletas. yo opte por pagar una noche mas, para poder hacer el check out tarde el lugar esta muy bien ubicado y en una zona segura y de facil acceso

Unfortunately due to airline delays and cancellations we did not stay. MY BIG PROBLEM WITH THIS COMPANY WITH THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION....BEFORE ARRIVING I TRIED COMMUNICATING THROUGH SEVERAL WAYS BUT RECEIVED ZERO RESPONSE. I WILLNEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We flew in one night and flew out the next morning at the downtown Aeroparque airport and this location is very close by and convenient in a nice neighborhood. Easy check-in, good value and big unit for hotel room with separate bedroom.
