Incredible experience! We are a family of 4 with kids ages 10 and 5. Everyone loved their stay! The food was incredible and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The onsen facilities were fantastic. The location was also perfect and the service was impeccable. We would recommend to anyone.

parking not easy to find as the hotel is located on a car -free street.the girl from the reception came out the hotel to show us where to go exactly.issue with the their website or translation ( Japan /English and Japan/ French ) as we booked the hotel in advance and paid as well (5 month before our trip).When we asked in Decembre 2025 if meal was included they confirmed by email it was.Once in Japan they sent us an email the day before we arrive saying they noticed the breakfast and evening meal were in fact not included and they need additional money! as it was a Sunday we had no other choice to accept the increase. Our room was clean, quiet and all floors are made with tatami so you need to use sleepers provided to walk everywhere.

休暇に利用させていただきました。 客室は清潔でスタッフの皆さんの対応もとても丁寧でした。 朝ごはんがとても充実してて満足。 お風呂は平日だからかとても空いてあってゆっくりさせてもらいました。 また利用させて頂きます。

객실은 멀었지만 아담한 사이드에 귀엽고 편했어요 직원들은 친절했어요 몇년전에 좋은 기억으로 묵었기에 재방문한건데 돗대기시장이 되어버렸네요 ㅜ 전세탕 이용 시스템을 바꾸시길 바래요 아침은 뷔페 빼고 테이블에 깔린 것들은 특히 맛이 없어서 남길수밖에 없었어요

所有設施都很好，還延遲到12點才退房，房內所有飲品也是免費

設施好，員工好，早晚餐好吃

清潔にしてあってよかった。 無料のサービスも色々ありありがたい。

この度はお世話になりました。 お部屋も、お食事も、スタッフの方々も大変満足出来るものでした。 ただ、今回選んだお部屋には露天風呂がついていたのですが、そのお湯の温度が低かったのが残念でした。充分に身体を温めることが出来ませんでした。部屋風呂付きの客室なのでこの旅館を選んだので、それが残念でした。

客室は清潔でした。他のラビスタも何度となく利用しております。安心、確実なグループと信じております。
