The air conditioner kept leaving and the floor was always wet . Bathroom was extremely dirty and felt like hell to take a shower. I wouldn’t recommend staying there unless it’s just a day pass . Entertainment and food was good

My parents stayed here one night and they had a great time.

Hotel is pretty rundown unfortunately. No elevators, food was decent 5/10. Staff very friendly. First day we got there hot water wasn’t working but I guess you have to let it run for 5-10 minutes lol. Check-in took pretty long, room wasn’t ready til almost 5pm which was crazy b/c I’ve never experienced that. A lot of shopping markets outside the resort, but make sure you’re with someone.

No food! This is supposed to be an all inclusive but here I am starving nonetheless because the chef didn't arrive at work this evening.

Rooms were old, shower curtains rings were rusty, proper is just old and I didn’t like it. Towels were worn and tattered. The beach life was nice. The food was quite basic. Staff was overall great!

Room had an amazing view, and was spacious. The bathroom, while it looked clean felt dirty due to the aging pipes due to the salt from the ocean. Staff was friendly and always willing to help.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, from the security guard at the gate, to the check in, restaurant and maintenance staff all over the complex. They were ready and willing to help, and seemed genuinely concerned to ensure we were having a good time and enjoying the facilities

Hotel was very shabby, the bath and floor in our room had deep dirt marks and the sink was crumbling. Our TV didn’t have a remote and we requested one every day, but we didn't receive one until the night before we left despite being told everyday someone would bring one up. The food was ok, but mostly under or over-seasoned. Beach view was nice and lots of amenities close by.

Need more food choices between Lunch and Dinner - Need more food HUTS with food like REAL JERK CHICKEN not what was served to me at that food hut. We found ourselves looking for food...and food options...

The property was built long ago and so it doesnt have all the most modern facilities, but our room was on the 4th floor and it had a wonderful view. The newer property "cornwall" is more modern 😁. But this property had more vibes.

Great food, lots of options, friendly staff. Nice hot shower with good pressure. Plenty of spots around property to relax. Right on the water. My room was on sunset side so I watched beautiful sunset from my patio. This is my 2nd stay here. Would recommend. I don’t like the Hip Strip area, too congested and dirty but just my preference. It is convenient though for shopping. Resort is close to airport

The workers stood out to me more than anything else. They loved what they were doing and went above and beyond.
