Such a cute hotel! Very clean, and greats extras included in the room (slippers, robes). The staff were super friendly. The room was a nice size. Even though the balcony was small, we enjoyed reading on it as it’s a nice quiet area. The shower was small, and even as a small person found myself bumping into the glass a lot. The room was great, but a full length mirror would have made it perfect! Breakfast was amazing, lots of options and the softest croissants I’ve ever had lol. Breakfast on the patio was especially relaxing! The surrounding area is wonderful. Lots of street parking, and a 10 minute walk to the downtown area with lots of shops and food options!

Great option in Florida. Value for price was fantastic. Good location albeit uphill (but that’s Florina) with convenient parking out front. This is a great option for families.

The hotel is so beautiful and clean and the staff are so helpful. I definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Florina, Greece.

This place does not look as nice as the pictures. The room was clean, but the air conditioning did not work at all so it felt like a sweat lodge. The lobby carpets were shockingly dirty and stained, making for an uninviting first impression on arrival. The morning staff was really kind, but the evening person less so. Breakfast has plenty of options but the food was always cold. Parking was free and convenient.

2 of the rooms did not have proper air. The 3rd room was a loft and was amazing. The hallways were very hot. Proper air should be installed for comfort and it was 43 degrees out.

Good public areas, good breakfast. Advertised as a SPA but SPA still under construction. Poor finish in the bathroom - warped jammed door, broken shower unit, cracked wall tiles in shower.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly, accommodating and the hotel was clean, nice bar, excellent breakfast with a great variety to choose and the bed was comfortable!
