Very good hotel in historic centre

Extraordinario todo sino fuera porque tuve la mala suerte de encontrar un par de hormiguitas rojas en la cama. Mala fumigación y mala suerte, pero todo el hotel es hermoso.

Stunning hotel. Beautifully done

Zentral gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Parkhaus (8 €/Tag, ständige Ein- und Ausfahrt möglich, im Vorfeld im Parkhaus bezahlt) und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr großes Zimmer, bequemes großes Bett, schönes Bad, vom Zimmer perfekter Ausblick auf die benachbarte Kathedrale, sehr gutes à la carte Frühstück, schöner Garten. Kleiner Abstrich: wir empfanden die Bettdecke als etwas zu schwer; im Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten.

The hotel is too bare of the basic necessities-no bathroom counters/drawer or any space to put your toiletries, no trash can in the room, only 2 bath towels provided - no face or hand towels unless you ask, room had smell; staff helped to rectify the issues.

Great hotel & service with an excellent location!

Wonderful, friendly staff. Great breakfasts. Rooms are a bit tight, but the facilities are sparkling clean. A great base for enjoying Jerez.

Solo fuimos una noche y el restaurante y casi todo estaba cerrado, por lo que no pudimos valorar muchas cosas.

Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful indeed.

Very nice stay overall - location was central and popular. Room was a decent size, but musty and smelled bad (cleared up when we opened the windows but came back when we closed them again), breakfast was on order and decent, roof deck has a lovely viewing terrace, parking was distant and arriving to the location was a challenge, came for Tio Pepe but the entrance is actually a 5-10 minute walk around the block to get there.

bom hotel. não facilitou a visita a bodega tio pepe. ou seja,mesmo você estando lá hospedado, precisa seguir outras regras para visitar tio pepe. excelente café da manhã.

Excelente o hotel, equipe atenciosa e próximo ao centro, ao lado da catedral e em condições de acessar a pé o centro histórico. Café da manhã elegante e saboroso
