Loved it! But not enough Music and activities

Had a wonderful stay. Lelena and Guillermo were fantastic! Also, jesus at the front desk took his time listening to my needs and was super helpful. 10/10

Property is a really clean and new. Lot of decent restaurant options.

Customer service was excellent.

Fantastic resort, great staff, exceptional service, restaurant variety and food quality were standouts. Large, comfortable rooms. Clean, modern gym and great spa services. The room snacks could have been a better variety but I wouldn't consider that crutial. Plenty of pool and beach chairs and none of the seat saving BS we have encountered at other resorts. Adults only Excellence lounges, bars and restaurants were exclusive and enjoyable. Bartenders were fun and personable. Will definitely return-- next time for a suite with the private pool.

Food was average.

This was me and my wife very first time out the country and we decided D.R to be our first!! And we are glad we made the right choice. Hotel was fabulous it was quiet we went with the swim up pool which I feel is an excellent choice for couples. I will say for food, it could have been better I will go out next time in D.R to experience the actual food. We also did 2 excursions which was ATV riding and we went to Saona Island. Finest Hotel was awesome !! Shout out to FRANCISO HE WAS AWESOME FROM THE TIME WE GOT THERE TO END!!! Love D.R

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It’s a beautiful property for families. It is very quiet both at day and night- great beach location and very peaceful stay.

Amenities are great, but service is lacking to say the least!!! The kids loved the pool and beach, and dining options. The play areas within restaurants arevery convenient but I don't think I would leave my kids alone at the Kids Club which is separate. Staff should be supervising the kids but no one is paying attention. Drinks are left out, which is dangerous for small kids left unsupervised. Same with the pool, no lifeguard for the Kids Club and someone can easily be injured. Service - On a few occasions, there were no towels, and no one even was helpful with getting more. They shrugged their shoulders and walked away. I was expecting mini fridge to be replenished with snacks but it wasn't. They wouldn't allow me to make reservations unless it was for a cooking show, so unless you went at 6pm, you're looking at a 4im wait to be seated. During the day, I would have to stalk or hunt down servers at both the pool and beach to get drink orders and food orders. The whole point of a resort where they advertise these amenities is to actually provide them. We even had the club experience and found that service to be even worse than the non-club amenities. I asked for their upgraded liquor and they would just add a splash and the rest the cheap stuff. The nightly entertainment was nice but not the best I've expected.

I had to leave this place earlier because of the terrible food and mold all over the property. Failed to accommodate us would never return back here . Dirtiest place I ever stayed. You’re better off saving your money and staying home.

First time staying at a resort from the Excellence Collection and I can’t say enough how much enjoyed. So easy to go out dining not needing reservations, so many options at all times. No trouble finding a lounge chair and umbrella by pool, no trouble getting beverages while relaxing. Also was great the time just spending in room. Got the 2 story with plunge pool and could just relax there in multiple places. The room service was great, all the staff were so friendly and anxious to assist. Joanna was one lady who helped book all our excursions hassle free, just sent able to text her and have a friendly chat, gave us so many options and what recommended. I will be back to Finest Punta Cana but I think the next trip will try out a different one from the excellence, Montego Bay possibly.

Unforgettable vacation. Love it very much. Really amazing place to stay.
