The room was absolutely stupendous. Architecture is very cool. Staff friendly. Great location. Would stay here again.

Magnifico comida y habitacion

Avoid room 209, probably the worst of the property. Although the bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning did not respond to the remote control, the sound proof in the windows was insufficient that we kept on waking up at night with every sound coming from the street, there was no safe box and the “closet” was inside the bathroom, which we consider anti-hygienic. However, the staff was so helpful we could change rooms for our second night, and that improved our experience dramatically. There was an incident with the running water for about 3 hours on day two that made us change our plans for the night, but we understand that happens. Overall it was an ok experience with a light touch of disappointment.

The description of the room that I booked clearly said private pool and private hot tub. Well, that was definitely a lie. I contacted customer service and they couldn’t do anything but to give me $25 key credit. How does that help. I asked for a full refund, they couldn’t do it. I asked to be upgraded to a room with a hot tub, they couldn’t do it. Again, FALSE ADVERTISING

Very friendly personnel. Formal and very helpfull. There are rooms which are not up for senior people. Three floors of stairs. In order to Stay in the hotel i had to change my paíd acomodaciones for much more expensive room($75 additional per night)

It was great

The food is very good and healthy, and the staff is very kind and helpful. If you're looking for a unique hotel close to the tourist areas and with plenty of restaurants nearby, you can literally walk and there's a restaurant or shop on every corner.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so extremely nice! The service was so courteous. We parked a car in their garage and they couldn’t be more gracious. They accommodated our requests during breakfast and were so polite. I had an early flight and had to leave before breakfast service and they made sure to pack me breakfast to take to the airport. The staff are warm and welcoming and would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone! The breakfast is also delicious!

Best hot tub ever

Hidden gem in San Antonio neighborhood. The staff is great (especially Jonathan)the location is very good, the breakfast is as good as what you order, ie you have to ask for specifics but a lot of options. Loved all the fresh fruit and vegetarian options also for dinner. Very ready to accommodate. We stayed 4 nights. Our 2nd floor room had a beautiful view to the courtyard-not much privacy if you pull up all the blinds/curtains as the courtyard restaurant is very well frequented (and romantic). Very positive overall experience. Would recommend.
