Excellent service, helpful staff, nice pick-up and drop-off options. Food selection is also both varied and delicious.

Not very hospitable, food not very good, slow service, staff does not understand instructions, however some staff members serving in restaurant were good, there was a problem with electricity in the room, maintainence staff came very late to repair. Iron was not working, had to get replaced. One set of toiletries for 2 persons in the room, no conditioner, many small issues

Was surprised that hotel guests were not allowed into the indoor sports area. Was told that it was only for members. Then you should not highlight it on your website

Customer Service is excellent. Right from you enter they make you feel special. We have visited the place before a few times and they remember us,call us by names,they know our preferences. It feels like coming home. A special shoutout to Anjali,Shyam and entire service team. At breakfast buffet,the team makes ur morning beautiful by their beyond excellence client experience. Housekeeping may use a little inspiration from their counterparts. To sum it up this place is home away from home for us
