Spacious clean room. Good area for walks in Italian gardens

Breakfast choice and freshness were both excellent. The dining area was clean and tidy and the cafe in the property offered a varied choice too. Whilst parking was on street, it was very reasonable at £5 per day and lots of spaces available very near to the property.

I have stayed here before and its a nice boutique style hotel , in good location with easy parking . breakfast is good but is served from 8.30 am . however , my stay this time was disappointing . The shower hardly worked and my room was full of extension cables . when charging my phone it must have fused the TV . bed needed new matrass too . I did report the shower and fusing in the morning and the Lady was very apologetic .

We had a one night stay here and it is a well positioned location for the Esplanade and south bay of Scarborough. We had booked room only but chose to eat breakfast there and paid to do so in the morning. The food was excellent I must say. It was busy but the food was cooked fresh and was plentiful. I’d recommend it.

Good location. Room towards the street was nice, but quite a lot of street noice during (saturday) night.

Arrived to be given a key and parking disc , friendly but nobody overnight at a reception, big room but found it very noisy with the seagulls and road noise as single glazed windows , tap wobbly and no waste cover in shower , should have unplugged the fridge as noisy at night on and off , no plug point near the dressing table so couldn’t see when drying hair , did smell like a greasy spoon !!!

Breakfast was wonderful and lots of choice.

Lovely property,and in a good position close to the town centre,and also the beach

The room we stayed in, no 3, was a beautiful room. It was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely as well, with a walk in shower. It's an easy walk into the town and to the Stephen Joseph theatre where we saw a brilliant play. I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic hotel, breakfast was amazing. Easy access to town, local shops. On street parking right outside hotel (3 hours with a disc) and free unlimited parking 2 streets (2 minute walk) away.

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. It was a lovely stay, staff were friendly and the location was perfect.

A lovely well kept hotel in a great location near the sea front. Received a warm welcome and hospitality feom all staff. The room was warm, clean and spacious. The cafe connected to the hotel provided us with a wonderful breakfast. Would not hesitate to go back.

Lovely big room. Very pleasant staff. Plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge in the room. Nothing more needed.

Lovely room.. had a polite call asking what time im checking in.. room slightly cold at first but warmed up once heating kicked in. Would definitely stay again..
