Room was amazing and cleaned daily. Breakfast was perfect with fresh eggs and omelets on request. Staff were always very helpful and kind. I will return to this hotel and have recommended it to many people since my return

Had an absolutely amazing time at the Bachleda, our room was stunning and the beds really comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we asked about activities nearby and they went out of their way to help us to arrange this. Restaurant was lovely with a great breakfast selection and the spa was a lovely relaxing addition too and at one point we had the whole place to ourselves. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again when visiting Zakopane.

Great hotel though The room was a little warm. Indoor pool area was spectacular. Nice breakfast buffet.

Great staff and wonderful accommodations.

The room was clean, the beds super comfy and rooms are sound proof which is great! Food in the restaurant and the lounge were really good also. The spa opened till midnight is great for unwinding in the evening.

Spacious room, very clean, grrat amenities, amazing restaurant and the brrakfast in the mornings are very nice, lovley spa area and gym, we llved our stay and the hotel and will be coming back in the future

Lovely stay

Breakfast was great, staff very nice. Walkable to Krupówki and some other areas. Shower was a little dirty in the bathroom but other than that, very nice property and smells very nice even in the room.

Great breakfast. Staff very helpful and informative. Location made it easy to reach main street with restaurants, shops and music.
