The property does not work with Expedia and when we arrived they had no record of our booking. We were forced to look elsewhere

Claims not to work with Expedia and would not accept booking. Had to pay 30 JD a night. Will chace whether payment taken for pre-booking.

I booked a day at this property. When i arrived i was not in their system. They asked who i booked with, i tokd them Expedia. The manager told me that they dont deal with Expedia. That was under the previous owner. I had to pay in cash but complained and was given a refund. I contacted Expedia to which they give me the runaround..😡😡
