Lovely staff, cleanliness , location & views

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing! The rooms are beautiful and spacious and the hotel is maintained beautifully. The location could not be better. My only criticism is with the restaurant. We spent a decent amount of money for an extremely unsatisfying dinner and unimpressive breakfast. If you order a filet medium, be aware that that apparently means raw in Spain. I sent it back to have it cooked more, but it still came back raw and inedible to me. The choices at breakfast are o.k. at best and for 20 euro I would have expected better food and at least a modicum of service.

Personalet var venligt. Det var svært at finde frem til garagen under hotellet. Vi havde udsigt til havet og en fantastisk solnedgang. Det var ikke nemt at finde frem til restauranten, da denne var en del af bar området, hvor der kun var en person på arbejde. Maden var god.

The hotel offered a stunning view and prime location, but I was disappointed by an unexpected parking charge and the reception's indifferent response when I raised my concerns.

Vistas playa y anfiteatro preciosas. Buena insonorización. El servicio excelente, muy, muy, muy amables y simpáticos. Las instalaciones geniales. El servicio de bar muy bien. El servicio de restaurante también genial, la cena estuvo muy buena y el vino excelente. Si tengo que volver, este es mi hotel.

La habitación estaba muy bien. No muy grande pero estupenda. Faltaría algo para colgar la toalla junto a la ducha. Hubiera sido genial tener el mar de frente. El personal amable y colaborador.

A few minor issues but the staff dealt well with. Hotel needs an upgrade internally which is happening steadily. Great location and friendly staff

Great location. Amazing view. Amazing staff, friendly and helpful. Most comfortable place we stayed in all of Spain. Rooftop bar is nice. Wish the pools were open still. Parking was accessible but expensive. Breakfast was spectacular, large buffet with everything you’d want.

Internet was spotty, bathroom lacked space for personal items, no separate loo, shower was just okay. Expected more for this price point.

This hotel has wonderful, helpful staff and fantastic rooms. I was there in the fall and the prices were very competitive with other hotels nearby. The H10 is in a unique location and was very convenient for shopping, restaurants and the nearby walled city section of Tarragona. It’s undoubtedly the best located hotel in the whole city for tourists. I would use this hotel again.
