I was very disappointed in this stay. Our room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty and there was blood on the toilet seat and garbage in the trash can. The sheets were stained with something that had been spilled (pink) on the pillowcase and sheet. The cooktop was covered in grease. I went down to the front desk after check-in and told the clerk, but they didn't do anything but tell me housekeeping was not available at that time - no offer to change rooms or refund my stay (literally went down right after check-in). The front desk employee handed me a bottle of window cleaner and a rag to clean the toilet and cooktop. I did clean up the room myself, but then checked out that evening anyway because I didn't want to sleep in the bed on the sheets that obviously had not been changed. I was not offered any compensation, refund or another room - very poor customer service for this industry! I would not recommend this property to anyone.

I would like to express my gratitude for the accommodation provided during my stay from October 17th to October 21st, 2024. Despite initial concerns based on reviews, I was reassured by the hotel staff that everything would be satisfactory. Upon arrival, I was pleased to find that the housekeeping and front desk services were excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. While there was a lack of pots and pans in the room, I was prepared for this and brought my own. The management team was very accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay by an hour, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, I am happy with my stay and grateful for the support provided during a difficult time as I was visiting for my brother's funeral.

Loved staying. However there was no pots or pan . It needs a full length mirror, it’s hard to see how you are dressed.

Absolutely fantastic. Shower was incredible water pressure, hot... Bed was very comfortable, with good pillows. The place was spotless and perfectly clean. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive to what it was I wanted to know.

Everything was good just wish you guys would have free breakfast like all the other hotels that was the only downfall. And I didn't have curtains on my windows I like my room dark. But besides that I had a good stay

I was very impressed with the hotel for it being one of the long term stays..Price was the best for a no-frills hotel..the staff went above and beyond to help with a hiccup in the air condioning system in my room..

Rooms are nice

Place needs air fresheners in the rooms very musty smell/only gives you 2 towels for a 3day/night stay… you have to turn in towels before they give you another 2 towels which is an inconvenience especially when you have 3-4 people in a 2 bed room!! Hallways smell weird and they don’t seem to vacuum them much

We loved the mini-kitchen, especially given the very reasonable rate for one night. The room was well lit, which is not true of many hotels in this rice range. Our GPS could not find the hotel; it led us to 1789 and assumed that 1788 was across the street, but 1788 is 2 blocks away.

Air conditioning was not working and the room smelled like smoke.

They have better mattresses the bear kind of made me sore

This place is not where you want to be! Unorganized, elevator is broke a lot, no ice machine! To top off , I was booked for 2 nights I left , for awhile Saturday morning, came back, and all my stuff was taken, got clothes back but all my food in fridge and top of cupboard were gone! Had to go buy again!!!! Terrible

All 3 rooms i was checked in to had something wrong 1st room lights burnt out/ fridge jmakingmloud noises 2nd room still had people staying in it even though the computer said differently 3rd room light between bed and fridge light burned out. Fridge/freezer took hours to get cold.- sink in bathroom took forever to drain. Elevator door would not shut and had to use stairs multiple times, desk clerk said " guess i can put in a work order".. NO ice machine and you had to bring dirty towels to lobby for "exchange". God forbid ya need extras. NO breakfast , pool, or any other amenities offered even though they call it a suite style hotel Overall for the amount of money spent, this hotel was horrible. Ive paid less and had way better experiences then I did staying here. The front desk clerk that checked me in(Thusday evening)was the only positive about the experience. She apologized over and over for things that are not under her control(maintenance issues, computer issues and laziness of others) she even apologized again upon check out on Sunday Morning foe things not under her control. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
