Absolutely loved this property. From the excellent front desk customer service and greeting with champagne, great food options for great price, best bar tender (Dillon), to nicest house keeping staff, hands down one of our favorite places!

Trevelocity called and change reservation to two queen beds The girl who claimed to be a Mangaer said that Travelocity never called was extremely rude I think her name was Caroline Never will stay in that hotel

I really enjoyed the elite lounge and roof top bar. Rooms were very spacious and quiet. Also, the hotel staff were extremely helpful.

The front desk was extremely thoughtful when they were told we arrived to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.

We loved Karol Hotel. The room was clean and inviting. The breakfast was delicious. The Staff was courteous and attentive!!

The hotel is top notch clean. The atmosphere is modern and the entire staff over our stay was fabulous. We ate lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Our servers were amazing. The food was on point as well. We will 100% be staying again. Shout out to Garrett and Carley! :)

Beautiful! Great rooftop bar. Food at restaurant was unique and tasty. Front desk very pleasant. Easy self-parking. Very good Italian restaurant in parking lot next door. Close to Highway.
