Nice stay gym needed cleaning but it’s ok does the job food was good

There were trash in the trash bins. The toilet is up against the glass partitioning of the shower. I could sit straight on the toilet, I had to sit side way, because there was no room for legs to fit between the toilet and the shower glass. There were no cups in the room for drinking coffee or tea. Only one big towel. No wash towels. The liquid soap and shampoo were empty.

My room was ok, where I was with my child but my wife room was bad, as the A/C was not working

Trash in room and bathroom from the previous guest were still there. Room service didn't clean them. Cockroaches in room.

The front desk staff could definitely do a better job when it comes to hospitality, especially the late night team. They are never willing to assist with the basic guest request.

Great customer service. They are great with people, they always go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are meet. Felt at home right away. Management are always interacting with guest making sure all your needs are met. Mr. Sow and Mr. Shing are amazing. I will definitely recommend Atlantic to friends and family.

I like the location, the view, and the promptness to resolve a little issue we had. However, towels need to be upgraded.

I loved tge entire stay. The staff truly takes care of their guests. I felt like part of the family. Super quick service and very clean.
