It was in the perfect location

I liked the layout and colors of the property. The shuttle was a very convenient amenity. The rooms were clean and had a nice modern feel. The pool was small and extremely over-crowded with rowdy kids. Breakfast was nice but the confusion on what line is for what station made breakfast quite a bit annoying. Placement of the pancake/waffle stations seem like they could be improved or handled better when it is crowded.

Clean room and the pool had comfortable water temperature. It was a little confusing having a Hilton Hotel attached to a Tru. Breakfast was good but only instant oatmeal. The toppings were great!

Property was clean and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

the room was clean but we didn't have enough towels for all of us and they don't clean the room every day.

It’s the place to stay when flying out

All was excellent till last night. I asked if there was a vacancy, staff said yes. So I had 2(two) brothers coming through from a farm show in Iowa My brothers needed a room . When they arrived at the hotel.They were told no vacancy. Yet, then when making a phone call to the hotel once again there was!! Your hotels loss b/c they were given a great deal with the way they were treated at this property ! Disappointing since we were experiencing a fantastic stay for three days!!

The only thing I don’t like is d Prkg fee it shld say there’s a fee wen booking n d hotel holds 25$ on d card I wanted to book a hotel w no surprises otherwise r rest of d Serv r good I’ll c tomorrow if I’m gonna be satisfied w d brkfst menu too

Very clean and plenty of options for breakfast

Had a fantastic stay the place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful

People above my room where very loud and when i complained, the staff didnt do anything. Also found a few insects in my room. While, the people aspect will vary based on when you stay, I would have expected that there was at least some acknowledgement that the staff will attempt to remediate it. Fairly average hotel otherwise in terms of location and amenities.
