Kaldığımız oda seçtiğimiz odaya göre farklı ve küçüktü. Başta bizim için bu bir sorundu. Sonrasında çalışanlar durumu açıkladılar ve sıkıntı yaşamadık. Temizlik ve hizmet konusunda gayet iyiydi. Merkeze biraz uzak olsa da çok ciddi bir sorun değil. Büyük ihtimalle tekrar gittiğimizde tercihimiz yine burası olur. Çalışan ve ilgilenen herkese teşekkürler.

Das Zentrum und Altstadt sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Taxifahrten mit Bolt sehr gut und günstig.

o hotel é incrível! da pra fazer praticamente tudo a pé em Baku, mas tem uma estação de metro próximo! a acomodação é incrível e gostamos muito do hotel. os atendentes foram super solicitos e nos ajudaram na reserva de restaurantes e transfer.

They did not return me even after 8 hours of reservation!!!!

Hotel staff is excellent.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately- the wall to wall carpet in the room was old.

The hotel is very clean and staff were helpful. Decent breakfast every morning with both hot and cold buffet. Shops and city centre with the walking distance.Overall very happy with our choice n definitely will return in the future.

Very nice and clean hotel, all staff were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was very good too.The hotel is not far from shop and amenities and walkable to old city as well.Overall we are very pleased and would love to stay here again .

Bed was not overly comfort as plastic bed. Window faced a brick wall, but can't complain on the window as I opted for the cheapest room.

Rooms and breakfast are OK. The 'spa' is in appalling conditions and should not be open nor called a spa. The spouse referred to the massage area as the place were the pigs are slaughtered.

The rooms were clean, but there was some variety room to room. We had reserved non-smoking rooms. Unfortunately one room had an ashtray and a heavy smell of smoke. The staff were helpful to move our guests during the stay. The front desk was always ready to help with calling taxis and answering questions. The lounge offered a delicious open spread for breakfast. Unfortunately it was only served starting ta 8am. Additionally, the space was not welcoming at other parts of the day.

Hatte 3 Nächte gebucht. Nacht 1 in einem innen liegenden Zimmer . Die Luft zum Schneiden. Kein Fenster nach draußen. Nacht 2 Zimmer unmittelbar an der extrem belebzem Straße, der Lärm im Zimmer ohrenbetäubend. Bin nachts in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen . Nacht 3 ok.

Konum olarak gerçekten her yere yakın ve ulaşım araçlarına çok kolay erişilebiliyor. Kısa mesafe yürüyüş ile yeme içme ve alışveriş imkanlarına ulaşılabiliyor. Otel personeli gerçekten çok ilgili ve yardımcı oluyorlar

Fajny Hotel parwie w samym centrum miasta, w naszym przypadku super baza wypadowa na wycieczki. Pokoje duże, czyste codzienna obsluga - wymiana ręczników, dostarczana woda butelkowana no i sprzatany pokój. Basen kameralny ale w naszym przypadku wystarczajacy, bo w czasie naszego pobytu tylko my korzystalismy, sauna parowa i sucha.Obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna, jedyne co można by było poorawic to śniadania a dokadnie batdziej je urozmajcić. Generalnie pobyt w hotelu udany i moge spokojnie go polecić innym.

We like this hotel. The advantages: big contemporary rooms (we have two rooms connected together) which is very convenient for families; nice comfortable beds; very rich and delicious breakfast; the silence in rooms; the availability of swimming pool (not big), dry sauna and hammam; the proximity to metro. The only disadvantage was that there was not a view on street from our rooms (just to internal courtyard). But it was very quiet during our stay. We will necessarily be back in future because Baku is a beautiful city.

EXCELENT stay!! TIP use the app BOLT to get around Baku, its really cheap. TIP#2 the grocery store BRAVO is just up the street. Very easy to walk around this hotel area. Theres also good Donar kebabs and Cup cup coffee a friendly cafe up the street. The hotel was clean, the staff were nice. Only one small beware for tourists, if the guy in the bacement says you have to pay cash for the pool after using it, go back upstairs and talk to the staff at the front desk, I think the shady guy in the bacement was trying to make us pay when we did not need to, the front desk said some rooms include pool, some dont but ours does. The guy downstairs even called, and said ours does not include pool, we pretended to go get the money, as we thought it was weird he only wanted cash downstairs and no card upstairs...sus...so we told the front desk people and its all good no need to pay, the shady dude called us 5 hours later in our hotel room and asked us why we didnt pay, we told him the front desk told us not to. Other than this the front desk staff were super nice. They also had internaitonal adapter in the room and USP plugs. The breakfast as good, lots of fruits. Tea is good. Dont drink the juice...it was more like syrup...... but other than this would def recomend

전체적으로 만족합니다! 이 가격에 이 서비스 훌륭하고 위치 또한 구시가지와 멀지 않아요! 볼트 택시 이용시 2마낫안으로 다 움직입니다! 만약 걸어서 구시가지까지 30분정도 걸려요! 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주시는데 다만 한가지 아쉬운 점이 다른 방에서 담배를 피면...냄새가 제 방까지 다 퍼지더라구요 ㅜㅜ 평소엔 냄새 안나요 원칙은 금연인데...일부 손님들때매... 그것말고 조식도 나름 괜찮아요!
