Very clean and tidy. Employees were generally nice and helpful. Breakfast was great when we were able to get it. It wasn’t available until 7 am on most of the days we were there, and with the parks opening at 8 and a 15-20 minute walk… if we wanted to make the most of our morning and rope-drop Disney, we had to come up with our own breakfast. So a bit of a bummer since it was a main reason to stay. Still, the rooms were lovely and the service was very good.

Staff wasn’t great and when we asked for a change of sheets and new towels it took over an hour to get them. Also, didn’t like that you have to request your room be cleaned and sheets changed. That should be automatic.

In walking distance to shops, dining & entertainment. 10min to Disneyland! Parking on property overnight is expensive.

Great hotel in a very good location for our trip to Disney. Clean, spacious, great breakfast. Very nice hotel.

Todo estuvo muy bonito el desayuno muy rico el personal muy amable los cuartos muy limpios sólo el servicios ala habitación en limpieza del día no fue de alta calidad pero a un así me si me vuelvo a quedar con ellos

The room wasn’t ready and it was over 30mins after we were allowed to check in. I wish they just gave us a call or something as I have kids that needed a nap so we could have driven around the area and waited instead of unloading and waiting in the lobby with all our stuff.

La verdad, disfrute mi estancia, cerca de los parques de Disney a menos de 20 minutos caminando, el desayuno bien en términos generales, buena opción si te hospedas ahí para visitar los parques de Disney

We had a lovely stay and were very happy with our choice. The room were clean, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was generous, varied and an item or two changing daily on top of the banding’s offered every morning. The 5:30-7pm “welcome reception” was nice, offering free beer and wine tastings along with cheeses, olives and bread. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was heated, despite being a simple rectangle fairly close to the highway. The high wall and greenery allowed you to forget its location in my opinion.

Room are well equipped

The element has been such a great fit for our family. It’s our go to spot to stay for our family Disney trips. Very clean, great customer service, and the free breakfast is just an added bonus!

I had booked my room and checked in from home because my drive was 5 hours to the hotel from home. Get to the hotel at 11pm and they I was told they did not have a room available for me. I have never had this happen to me. They tried to send me to a downgraded hotel. I asked them to move me to Marriot and they said they didn’t want to pay the $100 difference. I told them I would pay the difference and they said “they can’t allow that.” I ended up booking my own room at Marriot and asked for a refund. Element manager ended up approving paying for one night at Marriot for me. I ended up not having a room and paying more out of pocket. Smaller room at Marriot and no free breakfast at the end I had to spend a lot of money for a mess up they made. They should have taken care of breakfast and parking for doing this.

Great location within walking distance to the park. The breakfast is ok and seem to have turkey bacon and turkey sausage. So if you like that then this hotel is for you. Wish they had pork bacon and more variety to choose from.

Everything was great except for the breakfast and the bathroom light. The food was cold and the choices were very limited. And the bathroom light randomly would turn on during the night. We would come again but eat breakfast somewhere else.

Could not fault the condition of hotel, great service from staff, location to disney parks (max 15 min walk), incl breakfast was fantastic. The only negative for us was the noise (talking & footsteps) coming from other rooms beside us & above us. Sometimes very loud.

Very clean, food was perfect, the staff exceptionally welcoming. Underestimated the walk from the hotel to Disneyland so I recommend using a stroller for smaller children so they can last longer. 15.00 at Walmart 5 min away. Even at midnight the walk is safe and illuminated. Rooms are huge! 2 tvs is great. Pool is mediocre but I’d prefer it with the ample parking, however the cost of parking is gross
