Absolutely loved this apartment! Best location Super clean! We had everything we needed and super safe! I will definitely return to this location when I visit split again! Highly recommend!!

Great spot and centrally located! Came during high season and of course it was busy. If you don’t mind the hustle and bustle of the promenade, this is the spot for you! Amazing view from the room!!!!! It was hot but the AC in the room did it’s magic to cool is off.

Amazing place staff were excellent

I had a terrible experience with this property and the agent that managed this property was extremely rude. I booked this small apartment and my son and daughter in law booked a larger apartment nearby, both through Expedia. At night, my son and daughter in law accompanied me back to my room for safety reasons, and then left in several minutes. This property management company (the Golden Leaf Property) accused us 3 people sleeping in the small room , and forced me to leave the apartment in one hour while we were away. They refused to provide evidence and even entered the room and threw my luggage out of the apartment. This is extremely terrible and our whole trip was ruined by them.

Absolutely perfect! Free water is unheard of in europe but they also included other beverages, chocolates and the coffee display was amazing. Perfect location, beautiful and spacious room. The only thing I’d add is an ironing board. To anyone staying in Split, choose this place!

This incredibly comfortable room with great amenities served as a great location. Directly overlooks the promenade, but great windows to keep the noise at bay. Sandra was a great hostess and quick to respond! Would stay again.

The apartment was perfect for the three of us, my husband and I and our adult son. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed and even had some free snacks and drinks for us! The view was not great, but the saving grace was the AIR CONDITIONING! The heat was repressive during our trip, and the nice cool room was our sanctuary! The location is absolutely perfect as well-right on the promenade!
