Great property incredible service

Very modern almost to excess. Video menu was not the same as the actual in restaurant menu (Monkfish was listed on digital but not offered in the restaurant. This was disappointing.) But overall the experience was restful.

Weekend tur for ett rolig par. Sentral beliggenhet. Veldig vennlig personale.

Small, welcoming. A little birthday treat was waiting for me in the room. The room was slightly smaller than expected and dark without lights on and curtains open, but to be honest we were hardly there - just to sleep. Loved that the complimentary milk for the tea and coffee, was in a glass bottle in the mini bar fridge. Much better that the UHT milk you get in the little pods! Perfectly located - very near to St James's Park tube and not too far from Victoria Station. And every where we wanted to go to was within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet.

Beautiful room for a short romantic break

Overall a disappointing stay. We booked this hotel on the basis it was very well reviewed and it didn’t live up to our expectations. Communication was good in advance of our stay. Having informed them of our arrival in advance our room wasn’t available to check in to. We were offered a welcome drink during the wait but only after asking how long our room would take to be ready. The room itself was good but let down by the drain smell in our room which required us to keep the bathroom door shut. The TV also didn’t work on a number of channels. The location is very good for access to the Park and Victoria train station. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in London and sadly this didn’t live up to the hype!

The original room booked was quite small for the price paid, however I did upgrade to the largest room option, which was large enough, and the hotel did reduce the normal upgrade fee because I was a VIP guest. The hotel itself was really nice, clean and nicely decorated, the facilities were very good, and the staff were very helpful and professional.

Location amazing, great staff, breakfast ok. Shame the restaurant was shut, but luckily there was an amazing restaurant across the road. I would definitely come back.

This hotel is a new discovery for us and we are thrilled with it! So much so, we cancelled another reservation to extend our stay here. Beautiful, elegant with high end service and a wonderful staff who have an eye for details. This is a great hotel. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel has a cosy boutique feeling, with nice decor. Unfortunately the check in process is slightly confused and lengthy. We arrived and were asked to take a seat and then they brought paperwork and a card machine to take a deposit, we were then left uninformed as to next steps and waited for 40 mins before being shown to the room. The room was very small and rather dark but well appointed.

Erittäin hyvä majoitus kaiken kaikkiaan. Valittamista ei juuri ole vaikka kuinka keksisi. Kallis toki, mutta sijainti, palvelu ja hotellin kunto olivat kaikki viimeisen päälle. Ikkunoista ei ole näköalaa, mutta huoneet ovat muuten tosi kivat ja isot. Paras hotellin suihku missä olen käynyt. Sadesuihku ja lattialämmitys. Kylppäri muutenkin hieno. Avautuva seinä huoneeseen ja iso kylpyamme. Sänky loistava. Hyvin mietitty pieniä asioita. Aamiainen voisi tähän hintaan jo kuulua. Ravintola oli maan alla, mutta ihan viihtyisä. Palvelu oli hyvää läpi hotellin. Etenkin respassa erinomaista. Ravintolassa asiakaspalvelijat kaipaavat vielä koulutusta, mutta getting there. Lähellä loistava aamiaispaikka Chef antoinette. 5min kävellen Buckinghamin palatsille ja toiseen suuntaan metrolle. Menisin uudestaan.

Lovely staff, great interior, offered an upgrade at desk. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
