This place was great! The host was very helpful and provided us with suggestions for where to eat. The apartment itself was clean, comfy and very clearly well-cared for. The entire family loved the space and the host was helpful with disposing of broken luggage. Thank you so much! I’ll keep this saved for future travel.

施設は新しくは無いですが、掃除が行き届いており綺麗でした 寝る時の布団が少し寒かったです

少し遅くに到着したけれど、暖房が入って暖かく過ごせました。昨年の同じ頃、孫(４ヶ月)とキッズルームに泊まりました。今年も１歳４ヶ月になった孫と泊まり、おもちゃやぬいぐるみ等喜んでいました。ただ、お風呂の栓が閉まらず困りました。後は、掃除も行き届いていてとても満足でした。ありがとうございました。

The separate bedrooms were appreciated after a few weeks traveling with the family. Nice to be close to a big grocery store and an epic thrift store.

Bottom entry door does not lock. Self check in process a little confusing. Good size apartment for family of 4. Great grocery store cloe by.

Great for family with kids. I room does not have aircon, it can be hot in summer. Lack kitchen appliances for cooking. Only a couple of restaurant. Its easy to take the bus to H.station and tourist spots. Bus fare 1 way is 240yen n it can be 20 minutes wait after peak hours. I think staying in town n walk to places with a large variety of restaurants might be a better choice. If you have kids and need space this is the place to stay.

今回は娘と孫と宿泊したので、初めてキッズルームを予約しました。孫は0歳児なのでキッズプレイルームは使用しなかったのですが、娘は喜んでいて子どもが少し大きくなったらまた宿泊したいと言っていました。ベビーベットもあり助かりました。ベッドのマットがゴツゴツしてたので布団をお借りして上に敷きました。子どもが小さいので、近くのスーパーとお好み焼き屋さんで買ってゆっくり食事が出来て良かったです。

何度も利用させていただいてます。 今回、急な増員にも対応してくださってありがたかったです。 お住いの方がいらっしゃる部屋もあるので少し気を使いますが、自分達で買い出ししてゆっくり過ごせるので大好きです。 格安なのが一番です。

人数を間違えて予約してしまい、 急遽当日に増えることをご連絡したら 迅速に対応してくださった。 おもちゃもあり子供たちも楽しく過ごせて満足です ありがとうございます

ゆっくり、出来ました。

部屋の間取り、広さ、居心地の良さには大満足でした ただ他の方も言っているけども やはりタブレットの操作がやりにくいし チェックアウトがちゃんとできていたのかがよくわからず玄関前でちょっと止まってしまった 不満なところはそれだけだし 今回の事で操作方法もわかったので もし次回も行く事があれば活用したいです

Very good for the price compared to hotels in the area. Walking distance to train station. Felt like living the same as the locals.

Wi-Fiがつながらなかった。

I’m Hiroshima for 3 days with family of 5 so booked this place based on size and price. Very happy when we arrived with lots of space and everything we needed for our stay. Lots of places to eat around the property. We initially thought the location was a bit far but the walks to Hiroshima station and museum were not long and nice to walk. Would definately come back.
