This is a lovely hotel in the historic part of town just a block from the Plaza Major and a couple of blocks from the Cathedral. The staff was amazing and helped me resolve a very difficult luggage transportation issue. We also really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel.

Great staff. Super friendly and helpful. Everything worked fine and I’ve never seen more sound and light protection in my life. There were double pane windows leading to balcony and then a second set of double pane windows facing street. Only two issues: the scent the spray in halls and room is really strong and the light that is in bathroom is automatic and motion-detecting. If you need to use bathroom in middle of night, just be prepared! All in all, great place, super and wonderful staff.

Everything was great ...the room was modern and very clean, a decent size. Well located and parking very close. Laura on the reception was so sweet and helpful. A delight.! Leon is a small wonderful city, the food very good ,very possibly our favorite city across Espana.

Everybody was so nice

This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly and welcoming staff, located a few short minutes walk from the cathedral. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a sparkling modern bathroom. The room is well-insulated from street noise, although a minor issue is how much sound from the hallway enters the room. I highly recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.

Comfortable room close to main square

Nice city In Leon, Spain, but everything at hotel is all manual. It’s all digital or coded. As well, there’s a sensor in the bathroom that controls the lights and it would turn off meanwhile I was taking a shower… left in dark… never have had a sensor in the bathroom 🤔

Overall it's very good, highlighting the cleanliness, room details, quality, good exterior soundproofing... The views over a small, rather depressing lot could be improved.
