The location is brilliant.. 5 minutes walk to the underground station, from which you can go to all around Shenzhen. The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries. It's really value for money.

Convenient and close to amenities and a good 10 minutes walk to the MTR. Spacious room and carpet needs a bit of an update together with the bathroom. On the whole, recommend for short stay

We had a nice stay in the hotel, rooms were clean and tidy, friendly staff, hotel location is good! Very good experience overall.

I did not feel comfortable in the room. The breakfast was worse. I paid for two but my brother decided not to dine there because it is very dark dining room. It does not feel clean . Food selection is limited.

Large double bedroom on 20th floor was very comfortable with writing desk in window. Very comfortable bed with high quality linen and covers, cooling pillow optional. Bath tub which was excellent to relax. Staff had limited English but were service minded and pleasant. Inexpensive and short taxi ride to high speed rail station for connection to Hong Kong.

Very safe hotel. You can not go the the room through elevator without hotel id card

Big spacious room. Even the toilet is big and has a huge bathtub. Pillow selection is even available. We had trouble with wifi connection but staff came to help us fix quickly. Housekeeping is also very prompt and polite. Hotel also kindly decorated the bed with balloons and animals made from towels for my friend's birthday! So sweet and nice of them. Hotel has many eateries nearby. Even a big supermarket 河马鲜生, luckin, kfc and heytea. Very convenient. Nearest MTR is ShiXia but need 8-10mins walk. Staff at reception area could be more friendly and include more greetings. Travelling via Taxi/didi is convenient and cheap compared to Singapore.

방은 높은 방으로 배정받음 방은 넓고 전망은 좋음 전체적으로 오래된 느낌 제일 큰 단점은 방음이 안됨 초반에 오른쪽 방에서 열심히 대화? 하더니 새벽에는 왼쪽방에서 열심히 대화하네요. 민감한 사람들은 추천드리지 않습니다.

Tired hotel, clean and functional enough, but the gym was terrible. Room was large, the paid breakfast was fine. I would probably look elsewhere if wanting to stay in the area again.
