We really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and nice but basic rooms. Super friendly staff that really does their best to help! Good location close to the Kings cross station.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay including letting me take food up from the breakfast buffet when my spouse was not feeling well. Always solicitous and checking if we needed anything and we're enjoying it stay. We will definitely stay there again when in London.

The good-for-value breakfast is beginning to get smaller and more limited. Fruits were not available on several days except for apples. The room continues to be a wonder of efficiency and comfort for one person.

The rooms were small but efficiently designed and the hotel has a comfortable and welcoming common space that guests can use freely throughout most of the day. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which my rate included. It was substantial and tasty. When I stayed, all guests enjoyed unlimiited free espresso coffee drinks throughout the day, which was a very nice amenity.

Staff were helpful and very kind. Comfortable stay. We were in a handicap room and the shower was a little awkward but manageable.

Close to train stations. My room was clean and had everything I needed.

Outstanding staff was helpful in every possible way. A night light in the room would be a nice addition.

We had a wonderful stay at The Hub. The staff are the best part—so friendly and professional from start to finish. We especially appreciated Bella, Jemina, and entire front end and dining staff for their warm welcome and efficiency. Coupled with a great location and a lovely daily breakfast, this hotel is a perfect choice.

Cons: Tiny rooms. Bare bones. No shampoo and conditioner - have to use body wash. One pillow per person. Rooms air conditioned but warm. Pros: Unlimited tea and coffee available in the lobby. Nice area in the lobby to hangout.

We've enjoyed our stays at other Premiere Hub locations (Bank & Soho) but this one I would highly discourage from staying at. On arrival we were being served by someone to check in and another member of staff asked him to get out the way and abruptly took over our check in. This process took an unusually long time compared to our other experiences. Once in the room we checked everything out, the room seemed a bit warm but we changed the Aircon temp and didn't notice much change but figured it would take some time. We left our stuff, got ready and headed out. We headed out to our wedding celebration with our friends and family. On return a member of staff asked to take our photo 'nit for social media's, which felt a bit awkward. Then we got in the room and it was incredibly hot, we asked for the Aircon to be looked at, or to change rooms. We were then told the Aircon was actually working, despite the room being about 28-29 degrees, but also told we could have an engineer come to look at it before we left in the morning (or after we had left). I felt like we were being gaslit. We declined the offer as we were going to aim to leave the furnace as soon as we could. We were offered a fan. Obviously not how we expected to spend our night after our wedding celebrations. We did not sleep a wink, and rotated using damp towels as a way to stay cool, so romantic! Definitely don't stay here if you can't sleep in the heat.
