Air cond rosak dan selepas hari kedua tidak kemas bilik

The hotel did not accept my booking at all via Hotel.com....they said the hotel was full. No communication or notice in advance. I was already at the location when they inform me the hotel was fully booked....I have to resort to other hotel...very bad experience and service

Check-in was a breeze, location is perfect, room is clean but very basic and tv is not working. Expected though for the price of the room.

Bad customer service,small room,leaking & cracked bathroom sink,noisy road..staff didn’t want us to check in at first,told us to ring Expedia to rebook somewhere else..terrible
