Superbe hôtel boutique, rénovation splendide, œuvres de verre de Murano partout dans l’hôtel, très agréable de reprendre le vaporetto vers Murano loin des foules de Venise! Service de navettes de l’hôtel à place San Marco!

Hermoso y tranquilo lugar para quedarse

El hotel está súper bonito, muy moderno, el trato muy bueno . El único inconveniente es que no está en la isla de Venecia sino en una en frente Murano Villa Nos costó trabajo encontrarlo. Te tienes que ir en transporte un barco pequeño que te lleva , ya una vez sabiendo está fantástico pues es toda una aventura

Very nice hotel and service

1. At the reception we waited too long, because the data was not saved at the first attempt, and info about 4 people was entered one more time. 2. The remote from TV was missing. 3. TV was not functional. 4. Call for a technician. 30 minutes later went to reception to find out that the technician is at the reception, obviously not even knowing about my request.(The remote was provided and the cables were connected eventually) 5. Corkscrew was missing at the bar, but wine was in the corked bottles.

Absolut großartiges Hotel, modern, trendy, warm, loungy, lofty und qualitativ in allen Aspekten. Ein architektonisches Juwel, dazu komplettes Understatement am Eingang. Toller Komplex. Service auch durchgehend sehr nett.

The property was nice, but the staff is what sealed the deal for this property. Both Sophia and Matteo on the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us and guide our stay. They were so personable and made us feel so welcome.

Upea hotelli. Palvelun tasoa tosin saisi parantaa, kun kyseessä on xxxx hotelli. Aamiaisella sai pyytää kahvia kahteen kertaan ennen kuin tapahtui, silti meidän jälkeen tulleita ohjattiin pöytiin ja palveltiin heti, eli saimme n.30minuuttia odottaa kahvia. Sitten aamiainen oli laskutettu kahteen kertaan. Aamuksi tilattu venetaksi, oli lähes 20min myöhässä. Tällä meidän 2viikon Italian turneella tämä viimeinen hotelli oli heikoin suoritus, vaikka olimme 5:ssä eri hotellissa

sehr schönes Hotel in guter Lage mit schönen modernen Zimmern und sehr gutem Service(Personal) Frühstück - es wurde nicht zeitgerecht nachgebracht die Teller waren oft leer und die "Spiegeleier" hart da sie vorgemacht wurden Bei enem Hotel in dieser Kathegorie wäre ein frisch zubereitetes Ei Gericht Voraussetzung Sonst hat alles super gepaßt danke

The main assets of any business are the staff members. In our experience all the staff we interacted with were polite, friendly, warm and welcoming. This made our stay in this cool, new, chic hotel a pleasure. The ladies in the breakfast room were all particularly good. They never ceased to be happy to help even when they were coping with very busy periods.

Hotel tres beau et personnel au top À la hauteur de nos attentes

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, leider waren aber die Zimmer etwas klein, sodass wir uns beim Aufklappen unserer Koffer sehr eingeengt gefühlt haben. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir diese an diejenigen weiterempfehlen, die etwas abseits vom Trubel in Venedig, aber dennoch zentral unterkommen möchten.

Espectacular Hotel, lo único que hay que tener en cuenta el costo adicional del transporte de Venecia a la isla murano(es costoso).

Geweldig hotel met vriendelijk en vakbekwaam personeel! Aanrader!!
