refuses to turn on heat in basement.. woke up freezing at 1:am. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE!

House not thoroughly clean. Bad odour..

The place was quiet and safe. I spent 9 nights and didn’t had any complaints. I would say it meet my expectations

It's a good property to stay around.

I stayed in a standard room for two weeks. What I like most was lt's convenient location, just a 15-minute walk from Subway line 1. The room I stayed in had a closet, a rable with chair, full sized comfortable bed, and large windows that I really appreciated. The property also has a decent kitchen, which I enjoyed using to cook my meals. However, I would have been happier if the room had been cleaned at least once a week. The room temperature I didnt feel comfortable because the hearing system was inconsistent- some day it was too hot when heater is on, while other days it was cold when the heater is off. Overall, I would say it's nice stayed in this property

Property is located near york univeristy and as named said it is very quite in here. Cleanliness was lacking. I found dust velow my bed and side table. The microwave and other kitchen equipment needs big cleaning. Washrooms has mold. Only single towel was peovided to me during 3 nights and 4 days of stay and my request for the extra towel were ignored. This might work for student but it wasn't ideal place for me. I would not go back there. If you are looking for one night stay away from downtown. This might work for them but it is not for everyone.

The room was as advertised, clean and the host was nice. The wifi didn't reach the room properly, but she graciously allowed me to move to another room with better coverage.

aroma cafe nearby was a welcomed discovery compared to all terrible food places around

Mrs Wong was friendly and communicative .. the property is basic and clean and affordable ! five minutes walk from the uni. Ideal for someone who simply needs a bed for when they are visiting a student . It was amazingly quiet . I’ll return for sure .

I was here for taylors swifts eras tour and i am very happy with it. Im glad i didnt spend a fortune to stay somewhere else, its affordbale even when taylors in town, Its 10 minutes from the finch west station it was so easy to get back and forth to down town from that and it was so close too. Mcdonalds is up the street. The room was nice and clean, lovely bedding. It was a cozy little room for a couple days i think ill be back next time im in toronto for anything :)

Just ok for my stay

One of the filthiests place I've even been at. The owner admitted that the room had not been used in a long time, but did not have it cleaned even though I booked one month in advance. She will say that she offered to change rooms. This is true, but: 1) Only because I complained; 2) Only after the 2nd night; I had to sleep the first one with dust balls; 3) She was very sarcastic, and claimed that I had high standards for a $60 USD/night room. I have pictures to prove how disgusting the room was, and the fact that she knew that the room was dirty before I told her is just unacceptable.

parking is on street, with 12 hour limit. Most of the time that is not an issue. It was very convenient for a one night stay.
