What a fantastic stay. We visited for my partners birthday and the staff kindly decorated the room ahead of time as well as arranging for a bottle to be on ice on arrival in the room as an optional paid for extra. The receptionist on check-in (Sunday late evening after 11) was incredibly warm and friendly. I’m afraid I didn’t catch her name but she mentioned having worked at the hotel for 3 years. Every time she saw us that week she made an effort to see how we were doing and enjoying the holiday - a great ambassador for the hotel. All of the staff we encountered on our visit were friendly, approachable and professional. Highlights - Staff (as above) - Location: central but not too central to be in an overly tourist area, an easy 15 minute stroll into centre to all the main attractions and shopping district. Local cafes, pharmacy and supermarkets so plenty nearby if you didn’t want to head into centre. 15 minutes from airport. Felt you were staying alongside locals rather than a tourist hotspot and felt very safe walking of an evening. Hotel - modern furnishings tastefully done; minimalist and exceptionally clean. The roof terrace was a particular highlight to spend an evening relaxing after walking all day, such a great space that was never overly crowded and again kept clean and tidy. The hotel isn’t too big so still felt fairly intimate. Room was a generous size and wet room shower (superior). Breakfast - a smaller selection done very well - delicious and value

Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location

Jedes Zimmer bekommt eine wiederverwendbare Flasche um im Restaurant Wasser zu holen für auf dem Zimmer. Das war super! Wie haben zudem eine Liste mit Restaurant Empfehlungen erhalten an der Rezeption und 2 davon ausprobiert. Beide waren hervorragend. Die Lage ist praktisch. Nicht weit zum Flughafen und zu Fuss nah zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

The hotel is very nice! It's set in an old 1920's building so it has a lot of charm and character. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. They gave a us a nice list of places to eat which were off of the tourist trap, and the food at both of the places which we tried was stunning! The breakfast is really nice, and the price of it is very reasonable for the area. I sadly never got to try the pool because I was short on time, but it looked really good. If I'm ever in need of a room in Palma again, I know where I am going :)

Très agréable séjour au Nous Baléares. L'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter Palma aussi bien à pied qu'en bus. Quartier très calme. Le restaurant sur place est un plus, le petit déjeuner, servi à table est varié et complet. Personnel de l'accueil très aimable.. La chambre confortable. Je recommande cet hôtel !

Fresh and clean room with nice furniture and very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunatly the bathroom was not seperate from the bedroom which really disturbed me. From the bed i kept looking directly at the shower. Also there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room or in any public space nor some bottled water. Just an empty fridge / mini bar. This could definitely be improved in my opinion. Also bad sound isolation towards the hallway.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen. Ich habe mir mit meiner Freundin ein Doppelzimmer geteilt, und wir waren mit der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Trotz der eher kompakten Größe des Zimmers gab es ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, einen modernen Fernseher mit Verbindung zu Streaming-Diensten sowie ein sehr ansprechend gestaltetes Badezimmer. Das Bad war modern, gemütlich und insgesamt sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das gesamte Hotel wirkten durchgehend sauber, gepflegt und ästhetisch ansprechend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind der Zimmerservice sowie das Personal an der Rezeption. Wir wurden stets freundlich empfangen, unsere Anliegen wurden schnell und zuverlässig bearbeitet, und man fühlte sich jederzeit willkommen. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt und würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder wählen.

Loved my stay here in Mallorca — such a cute hotel in a great central location (way cooler than the touristy marina area). The restaurant had excellent food and drinks, and the €12 breakfast kept me full all morning. My room was spacious and spotless, the staff were incredibly kind, and I got a fantastic deal — maybe off-season, but very reasonable either way. Highly recommend.
