Great location … room clean but very dark … fridge very noisy needed ear plugs … pool not open due to maintenance was not informed of this at any point during booking or stay .. advertised reception manned 24 hours but no one on on evening or early morning

Well located and lovely hotel. Clean and smart. Got a message asking if I wanted room servicing. They do as much or as little as you want. Good amenities in the room- pod coffee maker, kettle, sandwich toaster, microwave. Friendly staff. The pool was not open till April, but that's no deal breaker. The fridge could be loud, but I just used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping.

Excellente localisation et amabilité du personnel… mais immense déception pour la chambre. Pour un séjour d‘une semaine, une chambre sans fenêtre sur l’extérieur mais sur un patio sombre, ce fût décevant et pénible. Pas de table ou de bureau. Je ne recommande pas, ce ne sont pas des conditions correctes pour un séjour d‘une semaine.

El hotel superó mis expectativas. Excelente localización y céntrico. El staff muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. A pesar de estar en la primera planta cerca del lobby y puerta de entrada no tuvimos ruidos que nos molestaran. De verdad muy buena experiencia! Recomendado!

Cuándo llegue a las 14:45 me dieron la habitación, cuando subí, me encontre con la camarera de pisos que me indicó muy amable que le quedaba un rato para terminar.Cuando baje a recepcion a decirle que por favor solucionara la situación, me dijo que tenia que esperar y que la culpa era mia por no haber puesto hora de llegada. A las 14:45 pido el libro de reclamaciones y me dicen que espere que tiene que ver que ha pasado. La respuesta del hotel es que el check in es "a partir de las 14" le digo que la habitación ha estado a las 15:08 y me dicen que ha estado a las 15, dejandome como un mentiroso. Me parece que hicieron bien poco por acomodarme en otra habitación y que los horarios están para cumplirlos.

Fik et fint værelse, men opdagede, at der manglede døren til badeværelset. Den utroligt søde receptionist gik straks i gang med at tjekke ledige rum, og ganske kort efter fik vi anvist et meget større rum på et af kædens andre hoteller lige om hjørnet. Fantastisk service, så 5 stjerner her fra!

The hotel was in a great central location and was lovely and quiet. Theroom we had was basic but comfortable

Hotel propre et de tres bonne qualité, chambre spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux et efficacité des réceptionnistes. Petit dejeuner copieux mais pas tres qualitatif. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel !

Hangers in the closet are too high for me to reach at Welldone Crystal Pool and also not enough space for me to put stuffs inside the room

The staff at this hotel are super friendly. Check-in and check-out is very efficient. The staff communicate with us via Whatsapp messages to customize cleaning needs, etc. Check-in can be done online, which speeds up the process at the counter. Locks are secured by codes and the main entrance is locked by the same code as the room - another great feature. Overall, we loved our suite with the 2 bedrooms and the staff were more than kind - muchas gracias.

Un séjour de 4 jours incroyable, un petit déjeuner au top, une chambre impeccable, un seul bémol, les draps n'ont JAMAIS été changé. Dommage

Ottimo punto di appoggio per il centro di Siviglia, con tutti i servizi di cui si può avere bisogno a portata di mano. Stanza pulitissima, essenziale ma completa nella dotazione. Lo staff è molto gentile e la procedura di check-in online funziona davvero, rendendo molto più veloce e semplice il check-in.

Great location and staff really friendly! The room was on the small side and didn’t have a window that looked outside just one onto the corridor, but for the price it was good value for money.
