Veldig god og sentral plassering, forferdelig dårlig frokost

Wir waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel. Bei der Ankunft schien alles noch sehr nett auszusehen, doch als wir das Zimmer betraten war die erste Freude dahin. Die Wände waren voll mit Flecken, der Boden war voll mit Flecken und in der Dusche war die Amatur kaputt. Das Frühstück ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Es wird angegeben bis 12 Uhr kann man frühstücken, um 10 Uhr war schon nichts mehr da zum essen. Und mit nichts meinen wir wirklich gar nichts, keine Wurst, kein Kaffe, keine Brötchen, kein Saft etc. Nach einer beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde mir nur ein Schulter zucken zurück gegeben. Es interessiert niemanden wenn eine Beschwerde abgegeben wird. An der Türe stehen 4 Sterne, das ist es aber bei weitem nicht. Noch ein wichtiger Tip. Es wird eine Parkplatz Möglichkeit angegeben, diese ist ein Parkhaus unter dem Rathausplatz. 40€ für 24 Stunden. 80€ für 48 Stunden. Ein dazwischen gibt es nicht. Wir sind auf eigene Faust ins Parkhaus gefahren, sind für 28 Stunden geblieben und haben wesentlich weniger bezahlt als die Preise im Hotel. Einfach vor der Ausfahrt mit dem Mitarbeiter vom Parkhaus sprechen, dann bekommt man einen Rabatt.

The hotel is pretty rundown, the sink does not drain. well, poor lighting, old window could not open, and there are limited amount of soap or shampoo. The furnishings are worn IKEA type with holes. The check-in staff Andrew was helpful. However, the night staff when we complained about the sink she didn’t do anything until two days later. Overall, the hotels should be rated three star or less.

Perfecte ligging in het centrum, aan een rustige straat en op 50 meter van metrostation Baixa-Chiado. Vriendelijk personeel. Minpunten: geen kluis op de kamer en de kamer en badkamer zijn gedateerd.

駅から右に少し歩いたら到着します徒歩1分かからないです。チェックイン時間より少し早めに着いたのですがお部屋の用意ができていたので早めに案内してもらえました。待ち時間もなかったです。チェックイン時にシティマップと簡単な案内もしてくれました。どのスタッフの方もホテル出入りの際は挨拶をしてくれますし、女子1人旅でも安全で安心してすごせました。 おすすめです

Acomodação excelente café da manhã ótimo

A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, e o quarto seria excelente se o aquecimento estivesse funcionando. Passamos frio todas as noites, reclamamos durante a estadia, mas nada foi resolvido. Por fim, pedimos um edredom extra pra amenizar um pouco o desconforto. Outro ponto negativo é o fato de o quarto ser muito escuro, até diria que foi o quarto mais escuro onde já me hospedei.

Everything was great and as expected...would stay again.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable.

It is a nice hotel right in the center of Lisbon. Good size too with spacious bathroom However, you can’t control the temperature inside the room, there is a thermostat but i guess it has a central control. I understand it is winter but it would be nice if you have options such as providing a fan to those that finds it very warm. Even if we were able to open the windows, we can’t leave it open because we were right across a bar it is too noisy. The water in the shower takes a long time to warm up, you have to turn it on for at least 15-20 mins. The staff though were amazing especially Kenya (i think thats her name) they are all helpful and very friendly.

Excelente hotel, me encantó el servicio en especial de ANDRÉS en el front desk. Me parece que es la cara de ese hotel ya que va más allá de sus obligaciones agradando a los clientes, siempre con una sonrisa y buena actitud es lo que buscamos los viajeros en un Hotel
