施設はよかったですが、周りの騒音が気になり落ち着かなかった

Noisy coz bars around the area that goes on until morning.

Everything about the property was great. The area surrounding it was not. But that is not the property’s fault. We had fun with the stay and are very grateful to be able to stay there. Thank you so much!!!

スタッフさんの対応はとてもよく、お部屋も大人数で泊まるには十分に広く充実した1日となりました。家族連れの方は、立地は事前に調べた方がよいかと思います。 到着したのが夜で外にはキャッチの人がたくさんいたり、少し怪しげな繁華街の中にホテルを発見。他の子連れの方が同じホテルの前に並んでいたのでホッとしました。それを除けば快適なホテルでした！

立地上、子連れは絶対連れて行くべきではありません。子供受け入れ拒否するべきです。 洗濯機はありますが乾燥が壊れていて、できません。また、洗濯洗剤を持参しないといけない旨の記載をすべきです。 調理器具はありましたが食器はなく、コップすらありませんでした。

空間很大，可惜位置較偏遠。附近是風化區，有一間24小時的唐吉訶德。 離車站步行大約8分鐘。

部屋の掃除頼んだのに行われなかった

Never got my check-in email and had to stand in the rain trying to call thankfully the help line was finally able to get me in but then said it was for 5 had 2 bed and1 futon plus a floor pillow couch the stairs going up let in so much light in the morning made the bad sleeping arrangements even worse but had a nice kitchen and table really nice bathrooms plus a great view but with all the other stuff made it a 2/5

The staff was very helpful, even though there is no on site staff, the directions that they sent through the PDF to get into the building and into the room was very thorough, and when I had a problem connecting to the Internet, they responded right away and helped me right away. The room was very clean, and aside from the construction outside (to no fault of the hotels), which made it a little bit harder to sleep. Everything else was amazing! The area was very convenient, walking to the harbour didn’t take long at all and it was very easy to navigate even after just one day and felt like I knew where I was going. All in all 10 out of 10 Stay!

Instructions for checkin was good. Futon bed was so thin to have a good sleep

Never got information for check in. Even after contacting the central office, never received any additional information via email.

部屋が汚かったです。 所々の汚れが気になりました 調理器具の包丁が小さすぎました 果物ナイフでも構いませんがセラミックなど切れるものでないと指が痛くて使いにくいです

全てにおいて最悪。 今まで泊まったホテルの中で最も後悔。 シーツ交換はされておらずシワシワ。更に髪の毛が付いている。 周囲の環境も最悪。 チェックインして間もなくチェックアウトした。 一階には深夜営業の爆音飲み屋。 違法車両の爆音。輩の怒声で眠れず。 深夜にチェックアウトして家路についた。 寝ることの出来ないホテル。 最悪の家族旅行となった。

お部屋は清潔で充分な物も揃っていました。地域環境が子供連れには環境悪かったと思います。騒音は一日中気になりました。

京急の駅も近く、綺麗なマンションです。掲載写真と相違ありません。スタッフの方と連絡を取りたいタイミングがありましたが、スピードも適切でした。周囲はかなり賑やかな立地ですので好みが分かれるところです。買い出しには困らないと思います。

とても綺麗で清潔だったが夜、周りの音が気になりあまり眠れませんでした。

周りがうるさいので、寝てるときに少し気になりました。
