Personalen kunde inte engelska vilket var ett stort bekymmer för oss. Hotellets standard var inte så hög, väldigt basic och långt ifrån 4 stjärnor. Personalen var hjälpsamma trots språket. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt och bra. AC som var lite konstigt, väldigt kallt eller väldigt varm var lägen.

Staff don't speak English, just barely. All in Spanish . AC hitting right on the bed which is neither comfortable nor healthy. Location is wonderful and hotel in nice shape.

Todo muy bien tanto habitación demasiado limpio, su personal muy amable y atento, aire acondicionado excelente, todo me gustó y sobre todo me gusta mucho este hotel ya que se encuentra cerca de muchas lugares para salir ahí en el centro.

Good cost/value proposition, staff is very good, the only downsides are the lack of amenities and the entrance configuration (you can only enter the hotel from a small staircase if not arriving by car). Other than that I can recommend due mostly to staff.

Loved the location of the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean had a pretty view of the city. The only thing missing was a fridge which was needed.

No es tan caro como muchos hoteles alrededor y está miy lindo, perfecto para quedarse una par de dias

El hotel cuenta con excelentes habitaciones, muy comodas y espaciosas, su restaurante sin duda un lugar para disfrutar de comida sencilla de buen sabor, en cuanto a los postres muy ricos, el personal atento y coordial. A manera de mejora, considero que las habitaciones debería contar con cafetera, esto permite en la comodidad del cuarto tener al alcance este servicio. 100% recomendado.

El retrete se le quedaba pegada la bonba del agua, por lo tanto no se llenaba el deposito

Room was great. They have great views of the city. It is very peaceful and quiet, at least at the time we were there. The terrace is beautiful. Only thing was our shower door, it was a bit damaged and got the floor very wet. I was trying to be very careful but was not enough. They have a super friendly staff though. We will come back of course :)

Esta bien como alojamiento pero no se puede comer ni tomar nada, el bar está permanentemente cerrado

Habitación espaciosa, la cafetería del hotel esta muy rica y en general las instalaciones estan en buenas condiciones. Muy cerca del centro y del paseo santa lucia
