Staff were super helpful - rooms don't come with a mini fridge in them, asked reception and they brought one to our room! Nice spa, big gym, good hotel cafe/restaurant too.

Room clean but slight odour. Staff were friendly and breakfast decent. More signs / info needed eg how to use entry barriers in lobby, how to use heating control in room and the fact that the heated towel rail switch is outside the bathroom, very low down on the wall. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay and spa is excellent.
