We were very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Very clean hotel.

This is a great hotel. Always clean and courteous staff!

Service was terrible. Room quality did not live up to the Marriott standard. Felt old and dingy. Carpets felt damp. Television was subpar. Not a good representation of the Marriott name

Clean property and a very nice pool. Conveniently located next to a gas station and shopping center. The staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Great beds, quiet but needs better breakfast

I liked the comfort and safety.

Stayed 1 night, room was clean and comfortable. Easy check in with polite staff. Didn't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that but it was a good experience.

We have been staying at this hotel for 3 years when we visit Rosenberg. However, the room smelled muggy, hot and a hint of mildew. We took my in-laws with us and the same with their room. We met a family in the elevator and they asked if we had similar issues with our room. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we stay here.

We ended up in a handicap accessible room and noted that the beds were very low to the floor. This was somewhat awkward for my son who is quite tall and would be difficult for someone with knee issues or difficulty getting up from a low chair. The room seemed like it would be perfect for someone in a wheelchair.
