I just loved my stay here and I will definitely be visiting again. The food was amazing.

Our stay was okay!

Everything was great. Being outside of city little bit inconvenient for getting transportation options.

Good stay, Good food , excellent food for dinner and decent breakfast.

This is a nicely appointed hotel, lovely views from the room and a fantastic rooftop pool. We booked here to stay close to Amer, though it is actually about 10 kms from the fort. If I had paid attention, I’d have rather stayed in the city with many options about the same distance in the other direction from the fort. Stay here for a somewhat secluded stay experience if you like that. Our experience with the service was mixed. While some of the service was top notch, Restaurant service for tandoor breads was extremely slow (we waited nearly 30 mins, with multiple reminders) and housekeeping was rather terrible with simple requests like replacing tea cups in the room not being serviced despite multiple calls. The staff did try to make it up to us and make our morning breakfast a good experience. I’d particularly commend Nimesh for his efforts.

The staff was simply excellent. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Great modern, new hotel with incredible views of the mountains. The staff is cold and service in general is poor. Lost bag, after it went through their security and staff was not very helpful in locating. Interesting that it appeared several hours later after speaking with manager and requesting review of security footage.

Room very humid and with unpleasant smell. Shampoo and soap not replaced during the cleaning. We were charged 450 rupees for a bottle of water despite the waiter told us that our rate included soft drinks and water. Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, very disappointing.

The staff in the restaurant were incredibly helpful and the food was delicious. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant itself was tastefully decorated with local artifacts. The hotel is quite a way out of the city, which we knew when booking, so there is not much else around. We enjoyed being away from the bustle of all the traffic.

This place was fantastic with great focus on customer service.

Very clean rooms, good food, and nice views from the terrace. Far from city center, takes ~30 min to get to city center with the traffic..

We've had the most amazing holiday at this location. The staff are so friendly, attentive and caring. The hotel is very clean, and offers the best amenities. We've genuinely enjoyed the stay, and appreciate the attention to detail, across all departments. Reception staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff and management; everyone has been professional and exceeded expectations. The hotel itself is 25 minutes outside of Jaipur, which is wonderful, because it gives you a break from the hustle and bustle, and noise, of the city. Nestled in the hills, this hotel is the perfect oasis!
